I want to preface this by saying I usually don't have a problem with the food here. However, when you see modifications on a ticket, pay closer attention to them. I just had to throw away a chili cheese coney I had ordered for my niece because she is allergic to onions, and instead of the mustard I had requested to be added, it was so many onions they were up under the chili and cheese. I get mistakes happen, but if I hadn't noticed the smell of onion I might have ended...
We did not eat in but did order on our trip across the country. It was the first time we had eaten sonic and I cam see why they are everywhere. Their food was good especially for road food. They were fast and efficient in their delievery to the window for us and gave us service with a smile. All in all a pleasant experience.
It was different finding a Sonic with a store front. The team here had quick, efficient service and actually made my drink correctly, which is more than I can say about 90% of other Sonic locations!
