Originally we stopped in Flatonia at the DQ there and waited so long we finally gave up and drove to this DQ instead. Michael immediately greeted us on the drive thru speaker and was quickly back to take our order. He and his coworker were busy the entire time but had a good attitude and worked quickly to get us our order despite it just being just the 2 of them. If you are on a road trip heading east, this is the DQ for you.
We stopped to eat after our basketball tournament was over. My son had a medical situation come up and the ladies there were so extra helpful and caring. My son ended up being fine and it was nice to have caring people around.
This was the best Dairy Queen we have ever been to. The food was delicious, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were very friendly! I highly recommend this restaurant!
