Passing through on our way home and had dinner here. Nice restaurant. Staff was helpful when we asked menu questions. The margarita on the rocks was excellent and so was all of the food we ordered! Enjoyed our visit.
Fun atmosphere, greeted with lots of friendly faces. Sat at bar and bartender attentive, made a good tequila soda lime. Menu description of taco salad described "covered with beef" and no mention of refried beans. Ordered said salad and came with no beef on top and thick layer of refried beans on bottom. Would've asked for no beans had it been listed in the ingredients, maybe they forgot the beef or there was a little mixed in with the beans, not sure. Greens,...
Our experience at Lucy Tequilas was great. We needed a break from a long drive, and we took to Google Maps to find a highly rated place for Mexican food. And like always, Google reviewers came through. Lucy tequilas was welcoming, and they provided great service and great food. So if you're driving down IH 10, don't hesitate to stop by and eat. They have a good-looking bar and drink specials, but since we were driving, we skipped the drinks, maybe next time.
