Spent a great afternoon with the Majek family at their winery. Cannot wait to return! Fantastic environment, tasting flights of dry and sweet Texas wines and a lovely charcuterie board to snack on while we sampled. Full menu... indoor and outdoor seating, vineyards on-site and friendly people who showed us the art and science of wine making. About 90 minutes from San Antonio and Houston and well worth the trip! Cannot wait to come back for live music and more!

Nice little winery we found on our way to San Antonio. The owners were super nice and the food was great. The wines were good but nothing spectacular. They have a great tasting room and lots of good outside seating when the weather is nice.

Nice setting out in the country with both indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor area set up under beautiful shade trees with grapevine gardens all around. The outdoor space is dog friendly. Wine samples and charcuterie board were nice. We also ordered crab cakes on a bed of mixed greens with a delicious, slightly spicy dressing. I marked down one star because they were out of the wine used to make two of their drink items. Altogether an enjoyable experience.

Quiet and relax place to disconnect from the city and talk while taste wine, charcuterie board was so good, we also ate Pulled pork bites and Mozzarella sticks. They also have lotions, candles and jam. Great service. Love it.

Do not sleep on this cute little vineyard. Their Cardinals Crown is one of my favorite new wines, a delightful blend of Cab Franc, Malbec, Merlot and Cab Sauvignon. It's won multiple awards. Owners are sweet and property is beautiful.

I was kept abreast to the state of my order and felt I was their only customer. What an amazing feat to make an Internet customer feel so valued. So sad, the sign said they were open but no one was home. The Schulenburg Chamber said they were open also. That gate was open so we walked in. Beautiful location, friendly staff, delicious wine & the rosemary bread was delicious!A great “getaway” winery, spend a couple of hours with friends, husband, etc.Excited to return when the weather is cooler to enjoy the outside seating.
I came here looking for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and that's exactly what I got along with great wine, food, and service. I enjoyed my time here. I loved that they had a few cats roaming outside and these 2 cute little dogs that I got to pet while enjoying the scenery outdoors. I'm looking forward to returning this summer and plan to bring my kids with me next time, I think they would enjoy it here as well.

Visited for Memorial Day, how fun and relaxing is this place. 3rd time here, things slow down out here, lingered with a big family group over wine and cocktails while the kids ran out the picnic tables and trees. Young man and woman at the bar made us feel welcome, love it, will come back.

I was meeting a friend with dogs and this winery was perfect. Very pet friendly. While we could not go in the main restaurant - which I did not expect but there was a very lovely outside seating under some trees to accommodate us. I was just looking for a nice vineyard in the Texas country side and this winery was perfect and the wine we got was delicious. All in all if you would like to enjoy the Texas country side and have some wine in a casual setting,- certainly try this winery. And if you have dogs - they are welcome too.

My wife and I visited Majek Winery this afternoon. We were on our way home from New Braunfels and not ready to end our weekend. We made a detour and are glad we did. The property is so peaceful and the wine is great. We chose a table under the trees near the grill. It was a perfect spot to relax. We will be back. Thanks.
