Found this place on accident and sooooooooo glad we did. We live in San Antonio, but found this place coming back from Houston. We are planning on making a trip again real soon just for the sole purpose of coming back for lunch.
Take me back to 1894 and have Sunday supper! A little disappointed the full menu was not available on Sunday, but boy did the Devouriffic fried chicken make up for that tenfold! Our picky eater kids even preferred our fried chicken versus their kid’s plates.
We even ventured upstairs to check out the old dance hall and it was impressive. What a way to end the weekend!

We had fried chicken, pork steak, mashed potatoes with gravey and carrots.Desert was German Chocolate cakeAll of this was home made.I forgot how good home cooking is.I'm coming back next year.
