I had high expectations with Tillie’s with all of the positive reviews I’ve read. My experience,however, was the complete opposite! I definitely received subpar service. I’m not sure why exactly as there were minimal patrons in the eatery and only a small family placing an order before myself. My burger was missing a fried egg and my fries were literally cold, not even room temperature. I’m unsure of where the ball was dropped but my order was either not relayed promptly to the cook or the server let it just sit past its “ready time”. I never received an explanation regarding the almost hour delay so I really don’t know. Transparency is key. Mistakes happen but at least be accountable! I believe my burger could’ve had potential to be decent if it would’ve came out hot and prepared as I ordered it. Very disappointing. Also, whoever took my order didn’t know if the cookies were only gluten free and didn’t care to ask or get clarification regarding the ingredients. From this above experience, I do not recommend Tillie’s.

We were just passing through and thought small towns often have the best food but were we surprised! They did not even know how to make a cesear salad we were disappointed for 19.00! At least the salad had chicken.

I had the Caesar salad with grilled chicken. It was TOO salty to even eat! What a waste of money!!
Always make it a point to stop here when I'm in town for a bike ride. Very nice place with excellent coffee drinks. Had breakfast after a bike ride today for the first time and definitely enjoyed my pancakes! The staff is always super friendly to cyclists like myself, which is not always the norm in places that we visit. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting or even just passing through town.

April, 2024, they have Udi's gluten free buns! Great turkey Swiss sandwich with herb-garlic fries. All 3 drink orders were perfect. Definitely recommend this place

Stopped in for a late lunch. Maybe I expected more. Friendly employees but a bit disorganized. Food came out a bit haphazard with the same with utensils. Flatbread seemed just frozen and heated. Not bad, just mediocre. Ruben had almost no beef and burned bread. Got a bowl of very lukewarm potato soup that had little flavor. Soft drinks were from a can and poured into a glass of ice.For the quality of food the prices were a bit high.The bathrooms were clean as was the Cafe and furnishings.
