Had to wait on my wings that they forgot to drop, as my fries got cold and melted the Styrofoam container they were in. Other than that it was great. They were super busy though. Maybe if they offered a free peice if Cake or drink I would have looked the other way and granted 5 stars⚡️

Very surprised, that the rating is so high. I ordered door dash. My son said the burger was great. The club sandwich and blt were disgusting. They were very greasy and the bacon wasn’t crispy. Very soggy and they used shredded lettuce. We also didn’t get the cheesecake, we ordered. Very disappointing.

Fries are always cold , the two Hispanic teens girls at the register are rude. I ordered for pickup to the correct location and they laughed and said we don’t have it even though I was staring right at my order. Ended up having to cancel my order. If you want poor customer service cold fries & dark wings this is the place for you👍🏽

Went for lunch, I usually we'll get the chicken philly, which is delicious. However, this day, I wanted to try something different. I ordered the wings with 2 different flavors, lemon pepper, and mild. The lemon pepper is not very good. However, the mild was very good. This place is always busy around lunchtime, and the staff will sometimes get the orders mixed up. However, they do the best they can. There is not much seating inside, so if you're going, you might want to get your food to go other than that pretty good experience as always.

Ordered arrived warm/cold at best missing kids order of the Jr. Cheeseburger (1/4 Lb), the Bacon Cheeseburger and The Double Mega Burger (1 Lb). contacted vendor and refused to listen to my issues. thanks to Door Dash addressing my concern which I feel is not on them but they helped me. I will not order from Burger Pop solely on how they responded to me on the phone and refused to listen to me.

Sunday 12/8/24 Had the Philly and bbq chicken sandwich combos. Quality of food is lacking, sandwiches were just “okay” very little flavor. Hand cut fries were odd looking and wrinkly, possibly undercooked and/or stored at room temp for too long, was definitely my main concern. Not sure if it was just an off day for the kitchen but I hope the owner sees this and addresses it with the staff. Also the restaurant is filthy with food all over the floor while staff stands behind counter talking .

Ok food…Girl behind the counter with red hair had hearing issues. I asked her how longs the wait time and i heard “huh?” From her and there was a brief pause then she said itll be 15-20 minutes. She did that a few times talking to her. You’re better off going next door to Napolis.
Note to owner: Get a professional cashier up front to talk to the customers “correct” and turn down the loud music like its Ojos Lokos up in there. People like that lose their appetite and drive customers away all the time.
Some of the 25 pc 3 flavors bone-in wings flavors just wasn't good. I ordered Garlic Parmesan, Mango Habanero, and Cajun. Mango Habanero is as the best flavor!
And the Large Fries were a good size and were very tasty!
