Ordered catfish. When arrived it was pale.tried to eat the underdone rubbery fish. I couldn't eat it. Took it back to the counter and told them I was disappointed. The counter person just looked at me with a blank look. He offered nothing, so I walked out.

We went through the drive thru and ordered gizzards that we requested not be cooked hard. We waited in line for 15 minutes and assumed this was because they were cooking them fresh. I also ordered a two piece combo . The gizzards were so hard there was no flesh on them, only crust. The two piece was luke warm. We live too far to go back and ending up throwing them out. I will not be returning.

This is the worst Chicken Express ever!
Waited in drive thru line over 20 minutes for Chicken livers. After I get the receipt, it's shows 6-8 minute wait, NOT!!
Livers were overcooked and hard.
Sweet tea was not sweet at all. Cup of gravy only 1/2 full.
Needless to say, I will never use this location again.
Called to complain the next day, and the rude general manager said bring back the food and receipt and I'll remake the order. No way I will ever go back.

Came here this past monday to get food for my kids.. lady was very talkative, had me smiling and grinning showing my teeth.. Then she gasp and said did you see that car! It had a big gorilla on it showing its teeth going thru the drive thru.. i went to look, i never saw any gorilla on a car showing its teeth..I think she was talking about me.. SHES SUPER RUDE, AND SLICK ABOUT IT! I COULD BE WRONG..BUT I DONT THINK SO

Food is great at lunch time but bring your own Louisiana hot because you won't be getting more that 4 little packets of hot sauce, that's the only bad thing I can say about this place .

I like the food but man they are always forgetting something. I told the girl at the drive through if everything was in my box and she said yes, so I checked and I was missing some items. 😩😓

Was told 15 minutes for tenders and after over 30 minutes they tried to hand me the wrong order. Then when they handed me the correct order it was missing one container of gravy and the other container was spilled all over the bag. Window person said we should probably be compensating you but I’m just an employee. Called to speak with mgmt. No apologies, just hey drive it 30 minutes back and we will switch it out.

I've been coming to this chicken express for about 15 years and this is the first time i have ever received such a disappointing meal. As expensive as chicken is, i cant believe they would give me nugget size pieces. 3 of the tenders were about half the length of a usual tender and the other 4 were more nugget size, shorter than the palm of my hand. Complete waste of money. Not to mention i get the 7 piece just so i have more to split with my toddler so thanks for ruining our dinner.

Used to eat a lot at this exact place food has definitely went down hill. Ordered a gallon of tea was turning rancid upon opening within 30 minutes of getting it. Absolutely awful taste. Needs to be addressed at the least.

I did not feel welcome at all the cashier (Cristoval M.) was rude because I could barely hear what she was saying so she was verbally sassy because she had to repeat herself. She definitely shouldn’t be working the cash register. The gentleman that brought the food was kind thank you!
