Food is great at lunch time but bring your own Louisiana hot because you won't be getting more that 4 little packets of hot sauce, that's the only bad thing I can say about this place .

I like the food but man they are always forgetting something. I told the girl at the drive through if everything was in my box and she said yes, so I checked and I was missing some items. 😩😓

Was told 15 minutes for tenders and after over 30 minutes they tried to hand me the wrong order. Then when they handed me the correct order it was missing one container of gravy and the other container was spilled all over the bag. Window person said we should probably be compensating you but I’m just an employee. Called to speak with mgmt. No apologies, just hey drive it 30 minutes back and we will switch it out.

I've been coming to this chicken express for about 15 years and this is the first time i have ever received such a disappointing meal. As expensive as chicken is, i cant believe they would give me nugget size pieces. 3 of the tenders were about half the length of a usual tender and the other 4 were more nugget size, shorter than the palm of my hand. Complete waste of money. Not to mention i get the 7 piece just so i have more to split with my toddler so thanks for ruining our dinner.

Used to eat a lot at this exact place food has definitely went down hill. Ordered a gallon of tea was turning rancid upon opening within 30 minutes of getting it. Absolutely awful taste. Needs to be addressed at the least.

I did not feel welcome at all the cashier (Cristoval M.) was rude because I could barely hear what she was saying so she was verbally sassy because she had to repeat herself. She definitely shouldn’t be working the cash register. The gentleman that brought the food was kind thank you!

The second shift on June 13th, 2025 are a joke. Little kids acting stupid and playing too much. Asked if they can make chicken fresh. Mentioned they were going to have to anyways. Made me weight over 10 minutes holding up the line in the drive through. Got home to find they gave me old chicken and they were mostly just crust piece and hardly no chicken. My gravy was spilt everywhere. When I attempted to call them and try to get the order fixed they answered and hung up on me and then proceeded to not answer the phone.
These little teenagers ain’t there to work. Just there to play and bs 24/7
