We went to eat and they have bad service from the waitresses. Bad food. It wasn't like before. I don't recommend it. It's not good.

Very distracted, the cashier ordered my food to eat there and she took it to go, I waited more than 30 minutes and I had to go ask if I already had my food and they already had a long time with my packed food to take away, I would have better gone to another place where they pay attention.

The food is good but the customer service is very bad I went and the cashier is very rude I don't understand if they need more workers they don't hire them to give good service I won't go again 3/16/2025 at noon at 12:00

Bad customer services. The lady at the front did not wanna change one item on one on a card just one simple item. And told me that I had to wait because she had other costumers to attend like if I wasn’t a customer as well paying. She was very rude. Food is good but the costumer service is bad. It’s understandable that it gets packed, but have one person at the register and another taking phone calls. She was very rude. I went on 3/16/25 around 12 mid day.

I've given this place many opportunities they have not improved at all .. I've tried their breakfast lunch and dinner dishes . The potatoes in their eggs and potato burrito are uncooked all the time ! The caldo de res the meat was raw and every time I order a burrito it only has like 4 pieces of meat it's pure rice !

I used to visit sometimes 3 times a week. They messed up our order real bad and didn't return. Well it's been two years and decided to try them again. What a mistake. I paid almost 35 dollars for two platters. Not even enough food to fill a toddler. Took them 30 minutes to make and still forgot my fries. If you are any nationality other than Hispanic save your money and time you are better off getting your tires or mechanic work done next door at veros tires.

I just ordered my food and a coke and they did not deliver the Coke, this order was through doordash, and they charged me for the coke, almost 5 dollars for the Coke and they did not give it in the order

I got 32 oz of menudo to go for $12.99, I think! It was delicious but didn’t have as much meat as I would like for it to have!!

I like everything about this place but today they gave us an order of very hard loaded fries, my daughter couldn't eat them if they are in a hurry it is better not to sell them like that

Be aware if you order TAKEOUT!!! I am not the one to complain but this has been an ongoing issue with the food portions. Last time it was a parrillada with very little meat and now it’s a caldo de res with mostly caldo and hardly any vegetables and mostly bone!! This is ridiculous!! I stopped coming here for a few months and decided to give it another shot. Boy was I wrong to come back! Never again!!

A water $9.87 is too expensive for me

Requested the business prepare food for my wedding reception. They did an amazing job!!!!! Everyone loved the food!!!! Plus I have been in the establishment a few times and the food is amazing!!!!! I highly recommend them for parties or to have a great meal!!!! Thank you!!!!!

The food is very delicious. I think the service needs attention at the tables (waitresses). The atmosphere is familiar. I liked the experience. You can chat without noise (loud music). The place is recommended. .
