Do Not Come Here, this is my local golden chick and im so disappointed the people that work there are so rude, the manager got mad because i told her to give me flats for my wings, i told her i would even pay extra, she got mad and decided to give me all flats with a bunch of seasonings on top of my chicken and i mean a lot to the point i couldnt even eat my food, yall have to do better, everytime i go, someone in there has an attitude, if you dont like your job QUIT, there are plenty of jobs out there

2 Strikes and You're Out: Golden Chick's Golden Roast Chicken is a Myth I'm writing this review out of sheer frustration. Twice now, I've been lured by the promise of Golden Chick's famed Golden Roast Chicken, only to be met with disappointment. On both occasions, despite ordering ahead through the app, I was forced to wait an additional 20 minutes for my meal. It seems the "golden" in Golden Roast Chicken doesn't refer to its availability, but rather the amount of time customers must wait for it. If you're considering ordering the Golden Roast Chicken, be prepared for a significant wait, even if you've placed your order in advance. It's as if Golden Chick is playing a cruel joke on its customers, dangling the promise of a delicious meal in front of them, only to snatch it away at the last moment. I urge Golden Chick to improve its efficiency and ensure that its signature dish is actually available when customers order it. Until then, I'll be steering clear of this disappointing experience. Went through the Drive Thru & sat there for 5 mins with no one to help us. Drove around and went inside and the service was TERRIBLE! The two ladies in front where so rude. My order was incorrect , but I did not go back to change it because I did not want to deal with the rudeness all over again. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!
