Literally stood at the register for 9 minutes before anyone even thought to greet me. 1 guy was ordering his own food when I walked up (no big deal we all gotta eat) had to get a manager to override something for him, neither one of them uttered a word to me. Cashier was making some drinks for the people ahead of me, put them on the counter in front of me, did not say a thing. Manager walked past at least 3 times never said a word. Finally the drive thru cashier walked over and asked me is I had ordered. Would have left of I had not ordered online.

I have no choice but to leave this review!! This is the second time I have been given "old food"! I just came through the drive through and ordered a jr jumbo jack and a 7 psj. The burger was fine but as soon as I bit one of the poppers...I knew it was old. It had a rubbery taste to it and Luke warm. I looked for my receipt and noticed just like the last time they didn't give me the receipt either. The assumption could be made this was done on purpose to prevent a reorder or complaint. I tried calling the store and there was no answer...AGAIN! I am in a rush to get my son or would have turned around. I hope a manager sees this and reaches out soon. They took money from me and I got nothing in return. 😡😠

ordered a large curly fry and THIS is what we got like be so for real rn.

edit: they reached out and called saying they "checked the cameras" and the box was filled. Accusing us of lying. but they wouldn't know unless they got the info on my specific order/receipt number (which they did not request) and watch that entire exact order be made. like friend, who has time to lie about some fries?

There's a 50% chance they will get your order correct. Some of the staff are very unfriendly and have no people skills whatsoever. The broad at the window always has a scowl on her face and is stingy with the sauces like she's hoarding them for herself.
