Ordered take out 3 Stuffed Fajitas avocado plates. Request with no pico and 2 extra boracho beans. One of our plates had no rice or beans just avocado and queso. This will be the last time eating here.

Ate here tonight, I ordered fajita nachos. There was hardly any meat on the nachos. I said something to the server and she went to the manager. Who didn’t come to the table to address the complaint, rather told the server without seeing the amount of meat - she (the server) then goes to the kitchen and brings out a cup and said this is the measurement (the amount of meat may have been 1/3 of the cup she showed me. Finally, the manager come to the table and say if all the meat was on top of the nachos it would look like a lot, so I started flipping through the nachos and all the bottom chips were either dry or just had beans absolutely no meat. She did not acknowledge this only offer to sell me more meat, when all I wanted was what I was being charged for.

The handling of the complaint was the worse part of the situation. When a customer has a problem and the server looks to their higher management sending them back to the table to address the issue is selfish on the management who makes more no to handling those situations.

Thank you for a great customer appreciation night. The food was great as usual. We love the manager and staff. We came after church Sunday and then back here on Tuesday.

We have been coming to La Predera Seagoville for 20 yrs and I will say the manager Steph and her staff are so awesome, we are regulars and they treat us like family every time.

Food and service is always good and love the staff!

To notch service and when there is an issue Steph will make it right.
