They changed their receipe. Used to be real pizza for $5. Now it tastes like gas station pizza and its more expesive. Its interesting really😂

2 star because of great people working there but me and my husband was food poison from this place and we know it was this place as we came off our fasting day and decided to order a hamburger pizza and it didn't taste right so we only ate one each and threw it away. No never called because not they would believe me anyway.

Customer service is non existent and management is a joke. We placed our order for pickup thru the portal and received notification that it was ready. When we showed up to pick it up we were then told that they had mistakenly given our order to the doordash person. We had to wait another 15 mins for them to remake our order and they didn't even apologize for their mistake.

Pizza was pretty good to me last couple days. Came in around 4 , hot n fresh and plenty of it. Good enough to take the time to review it
Bredasticks not perfect but oh well kids'll eat it.

Have no problems with the pizza it’s always fresh but when will the pizza portal work for pickups again it’s been months makes 0 sense to order and get a portal code and still have to wait in line

FIRST TIME HERE & IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, CALLED CRAZY PUFFS ORDER IN & IT WAS READY WHEN I GOT THERE BUTTTT THE 2 SUPPOSE TO BE ASSISTANT MANAGERS WAS RUDE, ALL BE MY ORDER WAS $5.40 & I GAVE MIGUEL $21.00 TO GET BACK $15.60 INSTEAD OF A BUNCH OF ONES, HE GAVE ME $15 & WALKED OFF, HE CAME BACK TO WAIT ON SOMEONE & I TOLD HIM HE OWE 60 CENTS, HE GOT IT OUT OF A JAR GAVE IT TO ME ALL MAD, I SAY YOU MAD, HE SAID NO AND WALKED OFF, I ASK THE GIRL FOR HIS NAME, SHE WOULD'NT GIVE IT TO ME, I ASKED FOR STORE MANAGER, THEY ON VACATION FOR A MONTH LOL, I ASKED FOR HER NAME SHE WOULD'NT GIVE IT TO ME, SO I ASKED ANOTHER GUY HE WOULD'NT GIVE IT TO ME, I TOOK PICTURES OF THEM ALL & SHE SAYS SHE CALLING THE COPS, WELL SHOULD OF BEEN MORE POLITE & I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE...!!!!

Placed and order when I was on my wally home from Town East. I got to the store and the portal wasn't working (no shock). It SHOULD have been ready by 615pm. I get there at about 620pm and they can't find my order, ended up having to make it fresh while I waited. FINALLY, got the order around 650pm. No apology from the woman on the cashier (her gross eyebrows looking like nasty caterpillars). Complained to corporate but the store isn't likely going to have any consequences.
