Every time I use their “convenient” mobile app they always have my order wrong!! Come to my car, drop bag and walk away. When I get home my order is wrong. This is the 3rd time this happens and never ever using their app again. They need to do better in their quality control and if I complain they just replace my order never offer anything else for the inconvenience. Maybe this is a sign to stay away from unhealthy processed foods. So tricks on me

If I could give this place no stars I would I see a delivery outside I would assume that's how they get all the audacity they order it with all the other bullshit they serve so first I order and they immediately tell me no ice so iced anything no frappe either then another worker comes up and im waiting for another order I placed and I see them packing a frappe and I say but this worker just told me u have no iced or frappe right now she said no iced but yes frappe after I already got my first order so then I make another order for a large mocha frappe this lady brings out a medium and I say no I ordered large and she insists that I didn't I say no again and she goes back to the back and is ignoring me and insisting she is right which she isn't so I would like a refund and a free large mocha frappe and a manager please and have this lady fired a tall Hispanic older lady with glasses no name tag how convenient im calling you out have a crappy day

Waiting for 2 small burgers and chicken nuggets for 10min is sad. This mcdonalds has been going down hill for a while especially at night time and the workers just seem not to care. They just send everyone to park so their time doesn't look bad and then take forever with the food. Workers just leaning with no care in the world. Do better

They messed up my order 2 times,back to back,and also wanted to argue about what they DIDN'T put in my to go bag. Overall crappy experience. I will not be eating here again.
