The damn app said I had the wrong password so I tried calling to see if my order was placed so I press 2 like it said they just keep putting me on straight hold…This papa John’s sucks…I’ll be calling dominos from now own!!!!

I just placed an order at 930, got a call they are voiding the order since they already close. He said they close at 945. Sad the hours are til 10, he said the location was independently owned and I would like to know why yall are closing earlier than posted time.

You'd think a pizza place would know how to cut pizza. Every time we order here I have to re-cut it when we get home because they don't pull apart otherwise. The food is great but it's a headache having to do their job. The 2 girls I've interacted with also have no personality at all, OR they have no customer service common sense like saying hi when you walk in. It's not hard, you need to do better.

Hi! So I went to this establishment last night July 22,2024 and I wanted a quick meal for my family. I guess quick is what I got. I was under the impression they don’t close until 11 but as im leaving out of my community at 9:48pm I receive a call from them stating my food is ready. It was weird because my mom never received a call in the past and I told them I was in my way. I make it at exactly 9:58pm and the whole place was dark and the lights were off. I told them I would have came sooner but I was under the impression it was 11pm. She said it was no worries and to have a goodnight. The food looked and tasted like it had been sitting there for someone to order and we were the order. It was faintly warm and the cheeseburger bites were not bites, it was honestly garlic knots with a little cheese and sausage. I will not be back, this was mainly because it was so last minute.

Don’t go here, he owns the laundry next door and does not care about our city, by maintaining property. They just want to keep taking our money and not maintain the machines. Half the machines are broken, you don’t know until 2 out of 3 loads get done, but one has to be moved to another washer and started all over again. No signs on there at all. I would never eat there or go back again. Other customers having same problems, no resolution.
