Daniel the old man with the grey hair and glasses has a nasty attitude idk if he asked to work here but he act like I make him do it! He’s rude his attitude and his energy!! My order wasn’t ready on time having to wait in this little dirty lobby for 15 more minutes he walked off without telling me the wait time and when I asked he mumbled under his breath in a few min .. like sir go home seriously!

Horrible customer service! Food- could have gotten more bang for our $50 at the grocery store! Needless to say we will NEVER eat here again and app has been deleted. They don’t honor their promos and always have an excuse as to why they won’t and it’s always the customers fault apparently. They don’t try and rectify situations and have the worst attitudes towards customers. Let’s close this location already. The same issues stated have been a problem oh let’s see I’ve lived here for 15 years…..

This is the 3rd order in a row that this location screwed up. I was on New Year's Eve so will give them points for that but still was a mess. When I came in it was passed the time it should have been done but they said they were waiting on my cheesey bread sticks and a chicken wings. I waited 20 minutes and they finally said it was ready. Then I see here looking for something and heard her tell someone the needed cheesey bread not a chocolate chip cookie. I didn't say anything just waited. After her frantically looking she came and gave me my order. I should have checked it. One of the chicken wings looked very old and dried up, the other was

Worse service ever!! Ordered around 8:20pm got message it would be at my house by 9:46pm I was okay with that because it's ne years eve, then I get a text 10:20pm for delivery. I called store to see what was going on lady answered told me she would go see what's going on and get back on phone with me. Nope she left me on the phone for almost 10 mins I finally hung up called back and was ignored. Went up there to he the girl at the register tell me they don't have my order. Then I told her I know I have an order she asked for my phone number at least 5 times she should have been paying attention, then I tried to explain to her what happened she ignored me and blew me off instead of calming me down and listening. Then she says sorry we are short staffed, 4 people is not short staffed and that is not my problem lol. She then gives me a receipt that shows a balance she said they means we refunded you. All bull crap!! Calling corporate tomorrow.

I've tried to order the new basil pesto sauce twice, and both times, it wasn't on my pizza. Also, I ordered BBQ pizza, and the crust was gummy in texture. Most times, this location is great... maybe this last time was just a one-off situation.

Don't call this place to ask anything or to order. They do not answer this phone . I made a online order and was here to pick it up . I had to wait outside because that phone ringing started to give me a headache. Avoid this place if you can. Don't recommend
