I am constantly on the road because of my work. I stopped at the sonic to grab a quick meal. Very polite staff and the food was great! If you had not tried the Sonic smasher you need to do so. I will be back

-10. I wait for 15-20 mn to be attended and no one spoke, I switched the stall n case was not working and I saw cars getting and leaving after they got attended so I guess tgey did not want to take my order.

Sonic used to be the best place to get good fast food. This one is the worst so far. Ordered cheese sticks salt for ranch and marinara they said they didn’t have ranch and said marinara was fine. 30 minutes later food brought out. Coke was flat, sprite had horrible taste, cheese sticks were cold and no sauce of any kind. Lady stated they were out of everything . They had nothing . Walked off and that was that

The staff are nice, but my order is never right and it takes a really long time (20 minutes to get one drink and breakfast burrito on an app order. Got home, pulled out my breakfast burrito and it had NO sausage, only egg and cheese. $3.99 seems steep if this is what their breakfast burrito looks like now.

Place looks like a dump. The slushy machine never works and If you order on an app, it's going to take ten days to get your money back if at all...then wait 20 min for something else And then, they'll forget about you. And never show up till u eventually you give up and go somewhere else... Horribly ran establishment

Turning off your online ordering and not honoring the half off price should be against any business practices. Charging the consumer full price because you chose to turnoff online ordering.

I ordered ahead and checked in through the app. I waited for 10 mins until someone came out with my drinks. She didn’t even look at me when she handed me the carrier. All she said was here you go and walked away. My drinks were not right and I didn’t realize until we got home.

Update: They tried to falsely remove my post! This place always messes up orders and leaves your food out the bag. I asked the girl did they have my ranch and she told me yes, but when I got home, no ranch. They always do that on purpose!
