they got my order wrong twice and the woman at the window was very rude and tried to blame me for being frustrated because my drink was made wrong twice and I was at the window 10 minutes
Did a mobile order for drive thru...waited 40 MINUTES in the drive thru line I couldn't get out of the line because of the cement! They did remake my drink at the window since it was watered down, so that took more time. Food was soggy. Never again!
Last night, around 9:20pm I went to the drive through and I ordered 2 drinks, First the boy with the hat was very distracting, I pay the drinks, and I saw how he place my drinks on a cup holder and he left with another girl and star talking to her, my drinks were ready butt he prefers to talk with another coworker, he return and start place more drinks on the cup holder, he return to continue the conversation with the girl, later he return to the window and he asked me, do you already pay ? And so said yes! And later told me, what do you order ? What are your drinks ? I was mad and si told him, see that’s happens where you are talking with another coworker and do not put attention to your job. My drinks are ready and you preferred talking instead gave my drinks. And later what is your name ? I asked him you don’t even asked for my name, and he said yes I did. No I requested talk with the manager. Work employee on Starbucks. Super bad customer service experience from “cat in the hat”

Took them 40 minutes get order when address problem one drink was ready when ask about my order give wrong drink ask for cold chi got a hot one did not offer to redo drink just left so disappointed never had this happen any other time I visit starbuck
My son got the chocolaty chocolate frap ... he loved it. He also got cake pops for him and my daughter. They were almost gone before we got home 🤣

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been to this location twice the first time I didn’t review because it could have just been an off day but the barista didn’t know what upside down meant on my iced mocha. Today I just left this location and again my coffee wasn’t made upside down like requested and it taste like pure sugar. Worst coffee I have ever had. will not be returning to this location. I will find another nearby location for my future purchases. I think y’all need some cleaning up to do and training to do with your baristas

I asked them for a hot coffee and they gave me a cold coffee. The man told me that they didn't have hot coffee and all the people were carrying hot coffee.

Second time I have came and have bad service. He didn’t ring up the drink correctly which I ordered the same thing the day before and drinks looked different.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Starbucks for years, but after my recent visit, I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered my usual drink, and to my absolute shock, I found a bug in it.
they take forever to make drinks. 30 min to make a drink is nuts. they need more staff.
