Order three drinks and a danish. The danish was brown and hard and had been reheated. Two of the drinks were missing an obvious amount of the drink. See photos.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Don’t stop by here l!!! i don’t know whats was the deal with chubby mexican or Indian guy (morning shift)but he was rude I didn’t his name he didn’t have his name tag . But they did not want to redo my drink after being watered down. the drink wasn’t even what I ordered he said it was had to wait 10 to 15 min like if i don’t have to be at work so my 7$ was a waste of money. Just rude mind you this was my first time here at this location and ive never experienced this at a Starbucks before. They just hire whoever these days.

Very busy location, a tad slow making the drinks. But overall it's good. Does Starbucks no longer require baristas to call out drinks? Maybe they changed that. We come regularly because it's close to our house.

If I could give this location a 0 I definitely would. The only reason why I stop at this location every morning for the past two years it’s because it’s the only one on my way to work.I came in for my regularEven tho they had a rude attitude, my drink was watered down , I kept my composure because I’m sure they deal with crazy people all day. How ever I’m an educated professional paying top dollar for a mediocre coffee.1. The lady with the blue hair has a rude, mediocre attitude and walks off when you are talking to her . You are making coffee lady please lighten up. Your job can’t be that hard.2. I asked for the toppings that should have came with my oatmeal and the milk I asked for and that was very clear on the receipt they made a face like if I was bothering the other The poor girl in the front prepping the bags of food to go.3. The drinks are always inconsistent, and I order the same thing every day as much as these drinks cost I would expect a better attitude and better drinks.I’m still waiting for Krissie Martinez( district manager) to call me back and fix this issue.

Coming order drink the lady taking order and I paid for my drink with credit card she said done, And I have to wait almost 10 minutes only for 1 drink inside only few customer. I step up ask for my drink after checking around the other employee said I am not pay for it yet, and I told her I did even after I take my credit card back And I did put some cash for TIP.. Piss me off And I walk away, I should take the TIP back, it suck customer service never come back . don't waste your time here, I will come back take my TIP back. They not deserve for a penny

Ordered ahead on my mobile app. Pickup time was at 2:05pm. I arrived a little early at 2:02. My order was not ready until 2:23pm. This is completely unacceptable. I could understand 5 additional minutes but almost 20 min.

Idk who taught these guys to make a sandwich, but this ain't it.One side on the bread is rock hard, dry, cut your gums up, type bread. The other side is saturated in pesto and has soggy bread.My suggestion to Starbucks is to at least spread out the toppings and make sure your stock is fresh. I'm glad I didn't tip too high cause I would have gotten back on the road and not come back to dispute this terrible sandwich. It's too expensive to have been this messed up. I'm dissatisfied.

I feel dumber for having sat through this line - 40 minutes and counting. I don't know why it is, but Starbucks locations outside of central city locations seem to be understaffed, slow and there's a lack of consistency with the drinks. We make a point to stop at Starbucks when we're on a road trip, because it's the "health-ish" option for fast food but I can't justify waiting a little under an hour to pay $60 for F&B. I don't blame the staff because I'm sure they're working as hard and fast as they can, but Starbucks needs to consider planting less locations to keep the quality of the customer experience at the level the pricing demands.
