Reason for a two star your a big chain fast food restaurant paid in cash then before giving me an option to pay with a card, I get back also $5 in change in coins….. NICKELS AND DIMES….. fries taste like they have been sitting for some time… this is crazy to me

I went to pick up my order inside late last week. The cashier was super nice and friendly. (Didn’t get her name). I bought a collector cup because of her friendliness.

Whataburger is not what I was wanting for dinner, but I’m glad we stopped and dined-in. The food was good, but the service and staff were exceptional. They were friendly, they got the order correct. Keep up the good work!

I ordered the chicken strip meal, NO GRAVY!
Drove all the way home to find a burger without cheese and sauce, drove all the way back and showed them the sandwich and all they said was “can’t do anything without a receipt”. Just take the mis-made burger and remake it bruh, not that hard

Almost 10 pm and when I ordered the person taking the order was good and friendly but the one giving out the order was either new or still learning. Wrong order, long wait time, helped others while mixing up my order with 3 others and I wanted chicken but they gave me two burgers and a small drink. No curtesy fries or “ we’re sorry for getting your order wrong” from the guy who gave out the order. It doesn’t help

Dude was rushing me and then when I told him about when I got to the window it, he laughed at me. He was getting the order all screwed up and we finally got it straight. He kept asking if I was done, like 4 times. Rarely get good service at this location. Not sure I will be back.
Spent $28 to get treated like that. SMH

I had a taste for the avocado bacon burger tonight. I stopped at the Seagoville restaurant. Now, when you have a taste for something……….you want that thing.
I paid and the burger was brought within 2 minutes. I said to myself this was way too quick. I asked the lady at the window if the burger was hot…….she turned to someone to ask that person. I waited for 5 additional minutes and she brought me back the burger. I pulled up and opened the bag the burger was like warm……..cheese was not melted bread was not fresh.
I worked 12 hours and I was hungry for this burger. I will NEVER. go to this poor performing location again. Piss poor food….customer service was terrible!
Owner check your staff……customers want good quality of service and food.
This Whataburger always seems to be slow when compared to others in the surrounding area. No issues with the food though. No issues with the good people that work there. Always clean.

No sauce on my honey bbq wings, and waited forever with 3 people in front of me and when I got to the window it still took at least 7 more minutes. Very disappointing that the staff couldn't do better than that.

I went thru the drive thru and was told to move forward for my food. I checked my order and I was missing a cookie. So I reversed and waited at the window while the heavy set young lady that was at the drive thru ignored the fact we were waiting there. She walked way and didn’t return. This customer service is awful.
