Every time with this location they constantly miss items it’s a redundant process it’s simple to be instructed off of a receipt wingstop isn’t cheap so why do we have to expect cheap service

Food is always cold. They forget the wings but gave me the fries (cold) and a tea. Still waiting on wings. They either need more training or new staff. Food is always cold if I eat in or dine out. Will be placing a BBB complaint and with the health services department.

Manager Raymond took great care of me when I had a mix up with my order. He was professional and very attentive inside the moment taking care of me and my order. Really made my day and experience a great one.
I was short 2 wings on a 8pc order and called said they would give me credit for 2 wings. I placed another order and tried to call and add the credit but everytime I call it goes to a answering machine that its busy.
