Very disappointing. I asked the young girl on the phone. What you guys had as appetizers were not from here. You guys were the only place opened and I asked. She didn't even know what appetizers were, and so I told her like cheese sticks, and she says, oh yeah, we have cheese sticks. And I said, you have cheese sticks, and she said, small, medium or large, and I thought large, because that would be probably like 8 pieces of cheese sticks. I get there and it's like a big, huge Cheese Pizza. That's not what I ordered then. I had ordered a Dr. Pepper and I didn't get that. And then I asked for ketchup and salt, and she said, you guys had no salt or napkins to give out for the to go orders. I paid $41 and to me. That's a lot of money for two people. It's worth it. If it was good, the hamburgers were okay. Not bad, but not great. Your curly fries were soggy, didn't get a dark pepper, but I have a large Cheese Pizza that was supposed to be cheese sticks. I'd realized that their young children and stuff.And they probably wanted to get out of there.But you says you guys stay open till nine o'clock and I went in there at seven forty, this is the thing if you work.Somewhere you should know your product.You should know what you serve.You should know your menu

My family and I were passing through recently and stopped at this pizza joint! Oh my goodness! The pizza was outstanding! We had a regular pepperoni and a pepperoni/jalapeño pizzas!! They were exceptionally delicious! Stop by and try them out! You won’t regret it!

Pizza are very small regardless what size you get. The toppings are very rationed like they are trying to save regardless of you asked for extra. Owner won’t talk to you when he is around no matter what. Really think this place is striving because of small town, their ice cream and milkshakes!
If you’re going to be a pizza store serve pizza with a good topping ratio!!

Was blindsided by the quality of the burger from a local restaurant. I know the business is main street pizza but your monday special is the burger and your menu literally says best burger in Gaines County. I love shouting out small local restaurants but i cant on this one. Paid $9.71 and just not real pumped about this one.

I still stand by my review 3 years ago. The food was raw and the customer service when I called about it was absolutely hateful. I just left a one star review with no comment because it was not worth the words. Then apparently one day 3 years LATER my review must have rubbed someone the wrong way they had to go through years of my review account to comment how honest I am about places for Google review for points to earn games on my account. I stand by my reviews and honest opinion of this place 3 years later. I won't ever spend another penny in this place. Also why does it smell like mildew everytime you walk through the front door? I am not the only person to acknowledge this. Also there other reviews with one to three stars and you haven't bothered to comment on theirs? Why was mine so important out of the blue? If you were concerned about my review it should have been after I posted it due to rude service not three years later. I wish you and your business the best ❤️

I didn't want to make a complaint but I think the owner doesn't know what's going on. I went on a Friday at 4 pm with my two children, there were no customers. There were only 2 employees sitting. I placed my order for two burgers and 12 wings. I didn't want my ticket because we were going to eat there. It took them more than 20 minutes to give me a hamburger and after 10 minutes some wings without the vegetables on the side or dressing. My burger never arrives because I don't take my order correctly. Ok I was going to order it again but I had to wait 15 more minutes. I understand if they are busy but there was no one. Afterwards they only took 2 takeout orders.
Came in right about closing time and they took my order with a smile and I’m telling yall this is one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. Quick, hot, fresh and absolutely wonderfully tasting!
My husband and I are regular customers who love Main Street!! Garret is an amazing owner and redid our order but due to new staff food isn’t so satisfying and neither is the rude staff taking pictures of food that owner offer to get remade. Normally our food is cheesy and hot. Today was all around poor!! Thank you Garret for getting our food remade but your servers have loud mouth sloppy service. My calzone wasn’t even hot this goes to show you my cheese in my calzone wasn’t even melted. So to the young lady who took a picture and was rude thanks for the cold food
