Ermis' at Frydek looks like an old gas station converted into a little hidden restaurant and bar in Sealy, TX. It has some rustic charm and a nostalgic feel. They definitely get a lot of local traffic, but if you are passing through Sealy on I-10 and need a place to grab a bite, I definitely recommend trying them out. There is indoor and outdoor seating and super friendly service. My only concern is the chicken fried steak. The steak we received was a very think slice of meat and not cubed steak like it should be. The fried cod and fried shrimp were good

Cute little hole in the wall place- delicious fried pickles, hand cut fries, and burgers! Our waiter was attentive & thoughtful without hovering.

Great little restaurant. Food was good, homemade fries were the hit. Portions size was pretty large. Good verity of options. Worth the drive if on I 10.

Ryan Winslow was scheduled to play at Ermis' at Frydek last weekend, so we went to hear him play. We were not sure what to expect with the food. We watched plates coming out of the kitchen and were very impressed with what we saw. We both ordered chicken-fried steak with mashed potatoes. The food was made from scratch, portions generous , and tasted delicious. We were able to enjoy the sunset, which was beautiful too! This place is a gem.

Wasn’t expecting what we got. Killer Ruben sandwich. Fresh side salad with thick homemade ranch. The Mac n cheese was fire! Cool atmosphere. Don’t let the front entrance turn you away. Service was fast and friendly.

One of the best Rueben sandwiches I’ve ever had! so flavorful and HUGE! The fries were also amazing paired with the perfect ranch 🤤 even the coleslaw was delicious and I don’t usually like coleslaw! We will definitely be back!

Felt like we were out of town, even though just 30 minutes from home. Great food, great patio under a huge oak tree, great service.
