This is our New Mexican food fix from now on! We live 20 min away and found them because we were disgusted with Mesquite and their pitiful service and arrogance.We were greeted immediately with a genuine smile, during our meal we were checked on numerous times! The food was great! We will be back!

When they do it right their food right it is absolutely amazing! I've been eating here at least twice a week for the past two years since I moved into my apartment. I always get the half order of fajita nachos. This has happened a few times before. I've never complained about it until now. My steak should not taste like shrimp!!!!! Come on, guys, I love eating here, but if I'm gonna spend $15 on a plate of food. I expect it to taste phenomenal. On top of that they always forget something. Then I have to walk all the way back from my apartment to get what they forgot. My girlfriend has a shell fish allergy. DO NOT COOK YOUR OTHER MEATS WHERE SEAFOOD HAS BEEN! Not only does it taste awful it's a health hazard. I love you guys but you need to button it down.

Great stop! We are heading to a place that we know from experience doesn’t make authentic Mexican food, so we wanted to get our fill before we left. We stopped off the 10 and it was easy to find and park at. Service was fantastic and this food completely hit the spot! Even our kids raved about it! Great little “hole in the wall” place! Kids will enjoy watching the piñata rise and fall when the door opens! Clean, friendly and fast service dinner time on a Saturday. Highly recommend! As we left, our host said “See ya manana, Amigo!” We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Herrera's has some the best authentic Mexican food 50 miles West of Houston. I went on a trial Spree over a matter of weeks between Barker Cypress and Herrera's (East to West), and Clay and Westheimer Pkwy (North to South) and Herrera's is top 5 easily.
