Tried Infamous BBQ today and it was amazing! The brisket was super tender, ribs were fall-off-the-bone with the right amount of seasoning, and the sausage was packed with flavor. We thought we’d just sample a little from the order we did, but ended up eating the whole thing it was that good. Definitely worth checking out if you love good BBQ.

Got a sampler plate from Infamous BBQ today and I have to say it was on point! Brisket was super tender, moist and flavorful! Chicken had a great flavor profile and cooked to perfection. Great old school bbq with a twist! Sauce reminded me of that Frydek Grotto barbecue sauce but with a little extra something that makes you come back for more. If you see them advertising that they are cooking, make sure you get an order placed!

I came across Infamous BBQ while searching for a restaurant to cater my niece's wedding. The venue recommended another restaurant, but after speaking with Jose, I knew I had found my guy! After talking with him about the details, he had my mouth watering as he described his BBQ: Hot, juicy, thick-sliced and with a smoke line that is both deep and red. As soon as he walked in the venue's door carrying our order-full dinner for 85-the smell of smoky deliciousness hit us in the face. His description was right on point and our guests raved about the food; asking for seconds and take-home plates. By the end of the evening the venue's owners were asking for his contact information so they could add him to their list of "Recommended Caterers." In summation, the price is more than fair for the quality and service provided. Jose is knowledgeable, personable, and committed to the customer's food experience. A Chef for over 30 years, I know a Master Craftsman when I see one and Jose proves himself as such with every brisket he touches. He's my Go-To Guy for BBQ, and I travel over 1 1/2 hours for a plate of his craft. Give him a try- you won't be disappointed. What you will be is full, pleased and well-treated! Drove from Dallas called him to see if they were open but they weren’t. I told him that it was my daughter’s Bday Famous BBQ went out of his way to gather some brisket and personally deliver it to my house. Definitely recommend to everyone didn’t disappoint.

Our town has several options if you're craving Tex-Mex, but as far as good BBQ goes, it's a BBQ desert. We recently ordered brisket and ribs from Infamous BBQ and both were absolutely wonderful! Both were tender and juicy and the spices were right on target. Knives? Not needed. We're talking fork tender here. So don't waste your money on the subpar BBQ offerings in this town. Order from Infamous BBQ instead!
