Cleaner and quieter than Bucees with all the same great food and drink offerings. Maybe even better food offerings considering there’s a sit down bbq restaurant at Praseks. Will be stopping here on my way to Houston from now on!

Love this place. I always stop headed back into Houston and stock up on bacon, sausage, bread pastries, and a delicious sliced beef sandwich.

I enjoyed the fish tank. Has some large catfish and a variety of other fish in it.The BBQ and kolaches are okay (I preferred the kolaches from some other stops on the route from Austin to Houston). Good for a stop with the family if you need something on a road trip. Plenty of snacks and a nice environment with plenty of seating.Didn’t get to the jerk this time so will try it on another trip.

Always love stopping here when I'm in the area. They have a lot of pre-marinated meat selections that are easy to prepare and taste delicious! There's a big selection of pickles, salsas and jams, an in-house bakery and counter where you can buy jerky in bulk.I had the Big H Club sandwich and some fried okra from the kitchen and it was excellent!

Very clean with kind and helpful employees but our food was really bad. Fries had been reheated in a microwave as they were rubbery. The sliders- well the bun was great but the meat was a premade patty that was rubbery and no taste. Wish they had made their own patty, then it would have been great.

Wow! 10/10! Excited to have found this gem. It's like a bougie Bucces, but the food is better, a nice dining area, lots of kitschy shopping, clean & abundant restrooms. This stretch of I-10 is sorely lacking in good pit stops, here will be my only stop option from now on.

Really nice store, comparable to Buccees, lots of cute things to buy, kinda pricey, but cute... food looked really good, but didn't get to try..I'll be back for some ribs!

The brisket was terrible, had a bunch of fat throughout making it very chewy and hard to bite into, portions were small. overpriced bbq, will not be eating bbq here again. The sides were decent. Do better.

They keeping running out of cream cheese Danish by 2pm . They say they sell alot of cottage cheese Danish , they always have some at 7pm that sounds like alot of bull to me . Not one to complain much but atleast have what people want. Praseks are better than Bucees but aleast they have some. I drive houston to Austin and back 2 or 3 times a week and gas up here to get Danish but that might change .Kid-friendliness: Very polite but just don't have what I want

Clean restrooms and plenty of parking. They sell food, drinks, and a bit of everything. Kind of like Buc-ee's, but even more quirky and fun. Everyone in the family was glad we stopped. Worth seeing, especially if you want food and gas. : )

This place is ten thousand times better than Buccee's! Less people, a heck of a lot more selection of great products from clothing to local food! Restrooms were clean. You can easily maneuver through the store. Wish I would've found this place sooner. It will now be our go to pit stop store

Bought an $8.brisket sandwich from there worst brisket sandwich ever nothing but old brisket off an old cow with tough fat marbled through the entire thing making it impossible to take a bite(had to throw it away) disgusting....Last time I visited this place I bought a $32.rack of pork smoked ribs same thing nothing but old pig pork meat with fat all through it, was like a big piece of pickled meat not tender in the least bit (had to throw it away also) ..I wouldn't buy anything from here but the smoked sausage
