Only Road Ranger that consistently has all the choices for Tejas Tacos available & ready to serve. RR as a franchise truck stop isn’t the top of my list but this one here in Sealy is one of my favorite stops in all of greater Houston due to the clean & friendly atmosphere & good food.
Got two tacos. One Barbacoa and one picadillo with cheese. They did not put as much cheese as I asked for, but it was good. The Barbacoa, however was the most disgusting Barbacoa I have ever had in my entire life. I’m not sure what the seasoning was, but there was something in there that made it really nasty. Could not place the taste. But whatever it was does not belong in Barbacoa.
Cheapest fuel around with mudflap app, friendly service rep inside, clean restroom, whatever food they were cooking smelled insanely good. Only complaint is I didn't see a single pump with def on the right, so I could not fill up my def tank which is opposite to my gas. Would stop here again for sure.
