When we walked into the hole, the owner which is a vary rude human says. Well there’s two more dissatisfied customers. If u are not a local. Don’t go u are not welcome. I could say a lot more but not worth the time. Stay away.

I love the Saddle back saloon...real people and Toms the shit! Great place to hang out, eat, drink and listen to music!

When I feel lazy and don’t want to drive to Katy I’ll come here. I don’t go too often because if you’re not a regular you don’t get great service. Also! I put a song on the jukebox and it got skipped !! I paid for a song .. and it got skipped!! I saw the bartender grab the controller cringe and change my song !! Needless to say I was disappointed and ruined my vibe. I guess you can only play country music and classic rock. The only reason why I don’t give this place a 1 star is because the atmosphere is chill, I like it. The overall service is mediocre at best and like I said previously if you’re not a regular or a local fuhgettaboutit ! I haven’t tried the food so no comments or opinions on that, Sorry. I hate to think in 2024 that this place discriminates like that .. but check it out for yourself.

I witnessed a horrible discrimination event at this establishment recently. The female bar tender kept refusing to serve two Hispanic girls saying it was too late and that her credit card machine was not working, they even said they could pay cash and she still refused to serve them. She kept serving every one else including 2 white girls that were sitting at the bar and the guys at the pool table were also able to still place drink orders. She (bartender) kept telling the Hispanic girls she’s not serving anyone else when they asked for another drink. I witnessed Another Hispanic person that walked in, and she said they were closing and that person left . This is very disturbing and discriminatory on her part. I will never step foot in this establishment again!!!! Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. This is 2024 and there is no room for this type of discrimination.
