Drive thru, ordered venti, vanilla sweet cream, cold foam cold brew and was charged extra for the cold foam but did not recieve it. The cold brew tasted more like cream and had very little coffee flavor. Was traveling through the area. Would not recommend this location.

Received an absurd amount of ice in my drink.
I was just passing through the area, so this is not a location that I usually go to. My Shaken Expresso tasted fine and was made correctly, but I think this was way too much ice. I feel ripped off.

I had such a wonderful experience with this Starbucks location yesterday!
I had to call and cancel my order because I got a flat tire while exiting I-10 and couldnât make it to the store, but instead of just canceling, the team went above and beyond and actually delivered my breakfast and coffee to me.
That kind of kindness and customer service is so rare these days, and it truly made a stressful situation so much better. Thank you to the amazing staff for turning my day aroundâyouâve definitely earned a loyal customer!

This location is by far my least favorite location, not once not, not twice , but three times in a row have I got a drink completely wrong, Today I order a cameral Frappuccino blend to keep it easy and so I can have the right drink, with one extra shotâŠ. Iâm drinking drink with a tiny tad bit of coffee even noticed by the colorâŠ. What did I pay $9 for??? My last time at this location.
