Received an absurd amount of ice in my drink.

I was just passing through the area, so this is not a location that I usually go to. My Shaken Expresso tasted fine and was made correctly, but I think this was way too much ice. I feel ripped off.

I had such a wonderful experience with this Starbucks location yesterday!

I had to call and cancel my order because I got a flat tire while exiting I-10 and couldn’t make it to the store, but instead of just canceling, the team went above and beyond and actually delivered my breakfast and coffee to me.

That kind of kindness and customer service is so rare these days, and it truly made a stressful situation so much better. Thank you to the amazing staff for turning my day around—you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

This location is by far my least favorite location, not once not, not twice , but three times in a row have I got a drink completely wrong,
Today I order a cameral Frappuccino blend to keep it easy and so I can have the right drink, with one extra shot…. I’m drinking drink with a tiny tad bit of coffee even noticed by the color…. What did I pay $9 for??? My last time at this location.

Got cappuccino and dragon fruit drink, line was kinda slow in the drive through, about 3pm, they did not scan my account for points because of some issues on their side. Gave me hot cappuccino without cup holder and had to ask for it to not burn my hand.

I tried this location out on Mother’s Day and was disappointed. I waited in line for over 30 mins. When I finally received my Frappuccino it was watered down and the whip cream had melted away. Like I knew this would be the case waiting in line for so long. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Management needs to address this, I was so disappointed.

While passing through on our way to Austin, out of the innumerable amount of Starbucks we’ve patronized, cleanest/best bathrooms hands down! Oh, and the coffee was to be expected; and my wife found one of the cute coffee cups in stock that she had been looking for! Thank you! 🙏🏻 Keep up the good work! 👍🏻
