I don’t know what these other reviews are talking about, probably towards day shift… BUT BOY LET ME TELL YOU! At 12:10 AM on 12/21/25 I order 4 Doritos Tacos and my Husband ordered a Grilled Cheese Steak burrito. It was only one sweet girl working… THAT FOOD WAS SO FRESH AND HOT, it brought me nostalgia over when the Doritos Tacos first came out; Fresh, Hot, and Crunchy. Who ever that girl was, I praise you sweetheart! YOU NEED A RAISE, GIVE HER A RAISE. I don’t even live here and I know this Taco Bell will be my go to, at night specificity 💜💜

Entered Tacobell and tried to get the drive thru employee's attention three times, but he was to busy on his phone. He finally noticed that I was there all I wanted to do was just confirm that the food I was grabbing was mine. None the less no one should be on there phones unless it's an emergency.

Ordered steak quesadilla no jalapeno sauce. I got my order and it's just tortilla and steak, no cheese. I go back through no problem. I say steak quesadilla please no jalapeno sauce. The next one comes out with jalapeno sauce. I give up

I usually love Taco Bell, but every time I visit this location in person the staff seems frustrated or rude, snatching money or acting like they don’t want to be there. Because of that I decided to start ordering through Uber Eats instead to avoid the in person experience.

Unfortunately, even that hasn’t gone well. I just spent over $25 on a combo box, and for the second time they left out key items. I only got chips, no cheese, and the order was incomplete.

This is a newer nice looking Taco Bell, but it’s really disappointing to see such poor consistency and attitude from the staff. Management seriously needs to step in, maybe do some retraining or an undercover check, because the customer experience here keeps getting worse.

The sitting area was so hot it was crazy! The food tasted decent but the price for what we got was ridiculous and very little meat in the items. Had to ask staff several times for items.

We waited for 30 minutes for our food and no one was here when we got here nor in the drive thru, i stood at the counter to check on my order and the employee walked out from behind the counter, did something and walked back behind the counter and completely ignored me as well as the other customers. Some customers got their food before us and when we finally recieved our food it was really cold and just looked poorly made
