This man named Ryan took my order through the drive-through and my goodness do I wish that everyone working here had that type of energy. This man must be a salesman because he definitely got me to donate. I have never had a more wonderful service through a drive-through at a fast food restaurant, than what Ryan was able to provide me with here today, I hope that he can become the new standard and example for employees everywhere!

Window guy was very nice. They had run out of several items. Not picky so I made due. Chips that came with the box were like the bottom if the bag ..... 3/4 were too small to dip in the queso. Hoping new management will help this location.
I do not recommend this location. Poor business management is a pet peeve. The owner at this location must not be aware that the manager has not properly trained the employees. Customer service is the face of your business and if the service is horrible it blemishes the whole business. The employees are not trained at all. Will not be back.

They get the orders wrong and don’t put AT LEAST one thing in your bag that you paid for . Every time. They need to hire people who care about the service they give and also the Taco Bell name. It’s literally not hard.

I've only used the drive thru. Always friendly and quick. I think sometimes customers have an attitude and get results accordingly. Every complaint I've read shows they've never worked with the public. Your KARMA comes back to bite you!! ?

Service in sealy was awful, the short chubby Spanish guy never acknowledged us and his people skills are awful. We got our order and decided we wanted to get a bunch of food to go, he nor the other 2 Spanish workers ever came to help us, we stood there and all they did was look at us, one was on her phone most of the time. I can honestly see why the talk around town is don't go to taco bell before 5 because the service is awful, and I'll be sure to help spread that word.
