We eat here a lot, and my favorite is the Creamy Chicken Poblano but also love their burgers. OH! and you can't forget the cakes, delicious as well. I have yet to be disappointed with the service or the food.

Usually come on Tuesday during lunch and order their chicken Alfredo pasta which is large enough for two people. I changed it up a bit and tried their lunch special, lasagne with a house salad. Super good and HOT! Much appreciated! You really can’t go wrong with anything on their menu, everything is really good!

They charge the 3% for credit cards without informing the customer. While I was waiting for my to-go order I witnessed a waitress take a dirty spatula out of this disgusting container with a lot of other dirty utensils in it to cut and serve a piece of cake to someone. When I said something to the waitress about both issues I was informed “this is how we do things here”. If I could give it zero stars I would. 0/10. Will NEVER do business here again.

I had fresh fried catfish and my husband had shrimp. All was delicious and substitutions for sides without charge. Their desserts looked so good, but we were too full to order desserts. This place is worth the drive to Seguin.

The staff was extremely accommodating while we were traveling through the state and needed a place we could take our dog. Even though they had closed their patio for the winter. They opened it for my family and swept and cleaned the area for us. Food was great. All 5 of us enjoyed it. Great wait staff.

Chicken fried chicken was great. We were really hungry though. Its almost like lubby's food but a little better. Tolerable background music.

Food was fantastic. They were out of the Reuben sandwich my wife was dreaming about, but the chicken fried chicken sandwich and the chicken (and shrimp) Alfredo was terrific!

Food was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised. It was my first visit and I am definitely going back to try the chicken fried steak. The mushroom Swiss was good. But the chicken sandwich (fried) was really good. I normally hit the Power Plant but I wanted to try this place. If you want a scenic view Power Plant is the place. All an all solid 4.5 stars. Good food for the value.

Second time here and it was just as good as the first time. First time was lunch, beef tips and it was tasty. This time dinner, chicken fried chicken. It was good as well. They were out of several sides at dinner though.

The dish seen in the photo is the poblano plate. It wasn't on the menu but I saw it on the hand written specials sign on the wall and it sounded good. The server described it well and it was very very good.
