After eating at this Arby’s tonight I will never eat at Arby’s again and won’t eat fast food for a long time. This was the worst of the worst. Ordered curly fries and got nothing but a lot of little super oily crumbs. Through all of them away and the sandwich was just as bad. Through it away as well. Instead of stopping here, I should’ve just threw my $20 out the window and kept going👎🏼🤢🤮

I didn't get to snag a pic but amazing customer service from the drive through employee didnt catch his name but it was a red hair young man with exceptional customer service very polite and professional through my whole ording process did not make me feel rushed and was all around an amazing experience just beacuse of him. Its hard to find good customer service and that young man is what the world is missing now days.

I'm back at Arby's in Seguin again. What I have noticed is, this place is always so clean and uniform. Even down to the kids bags in the sauces in the back that can be visually seen by the customers. Every single piece of food that I've ever eaten out of this place or served very hottt which is greatly appreciated. Thank you to Rosie and all of her staff. This is definitely a place I look forward to coming to every week.

Very disappointed and terrible customer service.
I ordered a turkey bacon ranch that had 99 percent lettuce, and not all of the bread was cut, and was thrown in the bag , therefore I had to dig out my contents of my sandwich out of the bottom of the bag.
Both the man who looked like a manager and the lady who took my order were rude, very disappointed with this place and their service.
