Left out 2 items from my order and when I called to tell them about it the phone goes to an automated service of the gas station. So what is the point of having a number for the restaurant?
Went there at 6am to be told they don’t start making biscuits until 1030am. So how can someone get a breakfast biscuit? They did have boberry biscuits instead which makes no sense at all. This is def not a NC Bojangles for sure.

The bojangle experience in Texas somewhat sucked!!! The counter person was rude!!! She made a smart az remark. Texas needs to get with it and serve country ham biscuits!!!!!

Bojangles is always solid. The chicken is crispy, the biscuits are amazing, and everything tastes fresh. Service is quick and friendly. Never had a bad experience here.

I honestly love Bojangles. The chicken is always crispy and flavorful, and the biscuits are so good every single time. Everything tastes fresh, not like it’s been sitting around. The staff is usually really nice and gets your food out quick, even when it’s busy. It’s one of those places I keep coming back to because it never lets me down.

The young lady that was the cashier was amazing! The other 2 employees were busy talking and it showed in the quality of food we received. The biscuits were brown and hard almost burnt, and so we're the sandwiches we ordered. If this was our first time trying Bojangles we would never have stopped at another Bojangles ever again. Unfortunately, it 2nd time trying Bojangles was so bad it is our last time, we will continue on pass and find other food options when on road trips.

Ok so the 4 overall is just because I was excited for a Cajun chicken biscuit and wings and these newer locations have a very different menu from the rest of the locations across the country.
That said the tenders were true to the fried chicken flavor of bone in chicken. Peach cobbler while odd was still tasty. Dirty rice could have had a bit more seasoning. Fries were hot and crispy with good seasoning.
The staff was all very friendly which was great as the Virginia employees were frequently rough to be nice.
