Very disappointing. I ordered cinni minis through drive through and they gave them to me without the icing. I almost left but checked first. I told her and she said they had none. Why not tell me before I ordered . What utter BS. I will not go back. Poor poor service.

I've been to ALOT of Burger Kings all over the USA. This Burger King is the cleanest, friendliest, and I have yet to have my order wrong the times I have eaten here. It's about management, the manager here is really great! This is the way a restaurant should be run.

Slow and when they prepare the burgers and set to put the buns in the paper they put in the table and wipe the table with a rag that’s contamination right there. 😡

I placed an order on app b cuz I was on my way out of town and lady toni at the window rudely didn't repeat my order or say hi she just opened the window and told me I need to wait 10 mins b for I place my order online and come pick it up cuz they dont make it right away. I said ok im not complaining. What was the point of telling me that.. number 1 i know burgers are pre made and sit in a warmer bread and meat i worked for burger king as a kid. And my food was given in a matter of minutes not 10 like she stated and then handed me my food and told me to have a blessed day lol.. no u need to have 1.. i came in with a smile on my face no complaints not sure why i was greeted with such sarcasm. But do better toni.. dont like your job find another one. I'm in no rush.

Tried to place an order online and it got the dessert, but dropped the rest of my order. Couldn't get the app to add it back in. So I drove in and had to place my order in the drive through. So no time saved. They put to much mayo on the burger and when I got home and picked it up the mayo ran out, like a river, down onto my shirt. It was a mess. The bread was soggy and falling apart and everything inside was falling out.

Was told to wait while at the drive thru. I waited 15 minutes before I decided to just go up to the window and ask for my order that I had already paid for online. When I get to the window I see the girl roll her eyes at me and she didn’t even have her headset on. I would’ve left had I not already paid for my online order. No one else was in the drive thru so I don’t know why we had to even wait in the first place. And then I open my order and see they didn’t even give us the sauces we asked for. That was my first time going there and I’m Never going there again.
