Ordered a whopper only around 11:30am, which you would think would be very fresh start of the day. I took two bites of it and threw it away. It tasted like day old burger. Not hot, not even very warm tasting. Very disappointing!!!

I work from home and this Burger King is relatively close to my home I've driven up there three times in the last week for lunch and every time my order has been wrong the general manager is extremely rude and disrespectful denied me a refund when I called back to speak to the district manager the general manager wanted to know what my complaint was so I explained it to him and he told me it wasn't his fault or the restaurants fault that it was my fault that my order was wrong yet again and when I requested that my money be refunded he decided to hang up on me and then proceeded to take the phone off the hook to call to be refunded

The worst experience ever on Christmas watched drive thru take everyone's order we waited and waited I myself worked as well on Christmas was so hopeful and even ready to tip and give love ... But we couldn't even get served... Once we pulled off they even took the next cars order I truly hope the best for the crew and maybe next year màanagement asks those who want to work
