Have dined in and picked up in the mobile drive thru line on several occasions. Food is always good, customer service has always been good, and atmosphere is your typical Chick-fil-A!
After a day of what could go wrong like flat tire, vehicle breaking down, and being rerouted to different medical centers for a simple blood draw. Chick-fil-A was definitely a highlight. I forgot to add something to my order and they went above and beyond. Carson you have an amazing crew!!!
Initially they got my order a little off but they were super helpful to fix it and in a very expedient manner. They missed 2 sandwiches out of 10 but replaced them as soon as I called back. Great customer service and VERY professional and polite!! Well done. I will be back!
