As soon as we walked in, it stunk. Nobody greeted us when we walked in, in fact they kept talking and ignored us. When the kid finally came up to the register he just asked what we wanted. My husband said we were still trying to decide (because we hated the service and the smell) and the kid just shrugged his shoulders at his coworker. The young guy in front needs more training, and possibly a dad to teach him how to be a good man when he grows up. We walked out and went to Rusty Rooster instead and it was great there! Don't waste your time or money at this place. To be fair, the food looked good and the place didn't look dirty, but honestly we didn't trust our food being handled by a young kid with no manners or respect.

The GM of this location is extremely rude, and unprofessional. Apparently his staff has been ringing the HEB coupon up incorrectly all year, and instead of just explaining this and apologizing for the staff mistake… he prefers to gaslight his customers. He didn’t even introduce himself as the manager and was offended when I asked for his name. Train your staff better and take responsibility for your mistakes, that’s part of being an adult.
