Food was delicious. Went through the drive thru. Woman taking order repeated my order back to me multiple times then get home and 3 items I paid for were not in my bags.

Went to drivetru had two cars in front around 830 waited 10 minutes till i got to speaker waited about 7 minutes called to them no response , saw guy throwing out trash or something he could of told girls im at speaker , i drive up to window no answer , went to back door and told them can i order , girl then comes to window let me know they closed its 848 they close at 9 , told her hours say 9 i waited more than 20 minutes in line , sat at speaker called out no response , she say headset doesnt work but she has airpods in her ears , also the guy saw me parked there why didnt he say anything , this young staff makeup thier own hours , dont go if its 830 cause they will tell you they closed , also dont leave back door open anyone can go in there thats a safety hazard

This location just is not what it used to be. I ordered a 2 pc combo and the chicken was fresh was not flavorful and don't even get me started on those biscuits. I ordered extra and they're as hard as a rock. I'm so disappointed. Will probably never go back to church's. Staff was great. They just need better product.

I gave them 4 stars. For those who said the chicken was better before they rebuilt has 0 taste cause it was nasty before. The raw chicken should of been returned. That's nasty and can make you sick. We use to not eat there because the chicken was foul but since they rebuilt the place its actually a lot better. Chicken express on 46 taste like the old churches. They have forgotten food we order. Employees are actually busy working and waiting for chicken to cook. Takes a while to cook when they run out. Frying chicken all day isn't going to make them happy especially during this hot summer. I've never got raw chicken from here thank God.
We are from out of town and decided to stop and grab something on our way back. This restaurant is very dirty. All tables are sticky they had trash and left over crumbs. The individual who took our order was kind and courteous informed us that the order would be a while. We anticipated this because today was a Sunday and looked fairly busy. The rest of the employees are rude, gave attitude, rolled their eyes. I spilled my drink and asked for a mop. They each stared at me and turned around as if I said nothing. Then proceeded to speak loudly to each other and say I don’t know how to use a mop. Never came with a mop.
