Extremely rude manager. Waited in the drive through 15 minutes for a BLT sandwich that never came and I knocked on the drive through window and was ignored by everyone inside. So, I drove around to the front of the store to go inside to speak to someone about my food. Excuses and lies. My sandwich had one tomato with lots and lots of cut up salad. Point is, I won't be spending my money at that Dairy Queen as it's gone to the pits over the last 4 years.

This is a very very clean store. I bought an ice cream cake for my husband's birthday. The people working there are very friendly.

The ice cream was melted when served. They tried to turn over the blizzard and ice cream dripped on my shoes. The server laughed a little and said it was really melting a lot today. Not great.

Im a 31 year old black woman and let me just say this the lady who is also black and works the drive thru she is very rude and unfriendly she does not have good customer service skills what so ever. I have gone to this location only twice as I have not been in seguin but a short 3 weeks. The 1st time I figured it was extremely early in the morning and she was just in a grogy still asleep mood the white guy who works with her very friendly and helpful. This 2nd visit I didn't see anyone except the chick again she rushes through you placing your order cuts u off while speaking slams the window after basically throwing your drink/food at you. I never write reviews but this time I went ahead and wanted to address how she should not be working with the general public especially if shes that hostile. What's worse is that I know my attitude could be far worse then hers if rubbed the wrong way so luckily for her she didn't irritate me too bad to the point that I got out of my car and said something. I even said thank you after she took my card and handed me my food and she slams the windows why customers are speaking. She needs a different job because her salty, dry, rude behavior is running customers off does not make a person want to come back.. read all the comments and u will see how many customers are speaking about her rudeness
