The ice cream at this establishment is consistently delicious. Recently, a young employee named Christopher provided exceptional service. He skillfully crafted several blizzards and sundaes with artistry and professionalism. His efficiency in handling both drive-thru orders and preparation was commendable. This establishment would benefit from having more employees like Christopher. Thank you for the enjoyable experience. I look forward to my next visit.

This man made my day, I have 5 loads of laundry going next door and trying to figure out how to get it all back home with only one laundry basket bc I forgot the trash bags and just had blankets thrown in the backseat. I come to dairy Queen and order a Georgia mud fudge and he's like we don't have that anymore and I'm thinking, *of course*. So I'm disappointed and take a step back and I really dont want anything else. And he goes "I can try to make it" and I have never been happier. He doesn't make eye contact, but best customer service! I told him what was in it and he brought it out... I guess I'll just throw the clothes back in the back.. who cares I got my blizzard! ?? ????????

Took my grandchildren to the amusement park nearby in Seguin and we decided to have dinner and dessert at this dairy Queen which was amazing the service was amazing the food was good we had a great

I attempted to order a blizzard that was printed on the menu and was told that they do not sell that blizzard. When I ordered the next flavor, they were out of it. This has happened at this location multiple times. Maybe I will learn to go elsewhere.

Hubby LOVES. LOVES. LOVES DQ's Peanut-Buster Parfait which was made to perfection. I'm a plain cone gal. We were both very satisfied with our favorite go-out-for-ice-cream date night visit.

I gave this a one star because the food preparer who also takes orders at the front counter does not wear gloves when making the sandwiches. I also don't think they are washing their hands in between helping at the front counter and handling the food with their bare hands. It is not healthy or sanitary to be handling the food with bare hands.I would definitely avoid going to this location of dairy Queen.On the positive side, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

i have waited 45 minutes for a blizzard. i’m still here waiting. there are 4 people working currently, they do not seem understaffed. not sure what problems they’re having, but have waited far too long just for ice
Every thing was burned and cold nasty. Paid 30.00 for not thing I wouldn't recommend this place to eat.

They have roaches and rats. Needs to be condemned. I have done work on building they have better ghealth code. They are slow, they do meth and smoke weed. Not good for business. They will mess up your order or take forever smoking something.

I would leave no stars considering the manager should not have a job. I went and spent 27 dollars on my food to have no tomato in my tacos my kids got hard burnt fries and chicken strips. My Chilli cheese fries looked like they were days old. I called and the manager said oh I believe it I relieved my cook on break and he left no prep fries everywhere. She said she would remake my food which I was fine with. When I get there she forgets my Chilli cheese fries which I had to wait for and now my tacos have no cheese. I had to drive a third time and the manager Bre puts her fingers in my tacos and refuses to give me my money back on an order I paid for. She is fighting with me about the previous food that I already called about. The cook comes to the window because she said she's gonna call the cops because she refused to give me my food which at this point they can keep I just wanted my money back for my tacos you can not give the customer what they want than do your job and give them their money back. It is not your money you work here you are not the owner. So now I have to take time from my day tomorrow to call the gm because I know she is not the gm with a attitude like that. Poor customer service the kids that work there do a better job than the manager this needs to be addressed asap. So it's ok to spend money and not eat because you think you own the store no ma'am.

We stopped at Dairy Queen on our way home. It was a disaster. First, none of the soda was "available" according to the machine. The employee had no idea how to fix it. The hamburgers were cold right outside the store. Really? How can your meat be cold just walking from inside to the car right outside the door? The store was not clean and appears to be run down. I won't be back and wouldn't blame you if you avoid this place.

Waited in line for approximately 30 minutes for a steak finger basket. Thinking I'm waiting for fresh food and turned out the food was cold. Possibly having a short staffed day or something of that nature. Being that I love Dairy Queen regardless... 4 stars
