Gloria's Mexican Restaurant #2

Went through the drive thru;
It was very inefficient, hand writing the order, then checking in menu that those orders were options at the restaurant, then looking at menu for prices.

Ended up waiting for ~40min in the drive thru for the order.
She said they lost the handwritten order. I asked for a refund. She went to talk to the manager and then came back saying she found it and it was ready.
She gave me a bag, all the tacos were wrong, not a single one correct.

Did not want to wait another 40min so we left.

I chose to go inside Gloria’s Mexican Restaurant instead of using the drive-through, assuming it would be faster. I was only ordering menudo, which is already prepared and simply needed to be placed in a to-go container.

After waiting 20 minutes, I watched two cars in the drive-through place their orders and leave. While still waiting inside, two other customers who came in after me received their food and were already eating.

At that point, I went to the counter to ask for a refund if my order wasn’t ready. The same employee who took my order apologized and went to the pickup window, only to find my order had been sitting there the entire time.

Had I not spoken up, I honestly wonder how much longer I would have been left waiting. This experience showed a complete lack of attention and organization. Unfortunately, because of this, I won’t be returning.

Management needs to hold their front-line staff accountable. These employees are the first and only impression customers get of this restaurant, and experiences like this don’t just affect one person. It makes you wonder how many other customers may have been overlooked or frustrated without ever speaking up.

Ordered bean egg potato w/cheese a carne guisada w/cheese so tender and delicious definitely had to get beef enchiladas with extra gravy and cheese brought it home to enjoy it.. fast service they made everything the way I ordered it . Please give them a try you will not be disappointed..

The food was surprisingly good. Small ma and pa atmosphere. The waitress was super patient and nice. Definately would go back next time we're in the area.

Food is good, salsa is very good. Clean place, friendly service. Prices are reasonable. I would have enjoyed more my meal with corn tortillas.

Good food normally however Google states they close at 10pm on Saturdays, yet I called before 3pm today 9/21 and they said they were closed before hanging up. Disappointed but there’s like a million other Mexican spots in town. Hope yall make it with all the better competition.

I love their fideo Loco, but everything that I've tried has been on point.
