Hellcat is one of the best coffee shops in the area! I love how their coffee tastes, along with a great caffeine boost. They have a friendly staff and a good product! I'd definitely recommend checking them out!

We used to regularly visit this spot because it is right next to our vet and it has always been awesome however the last two visits have been a complete disaster. It was the same gal both times. The first time was back on June 2nd and she said she was new. She made 3 drinks for us and not a single one was right. We had iced coffee in hot coffee cups that should have been hot, lukewarm coffee in others. And they all tasted wrong. We went back and got refunded and just chalked it up to her being new and not having someone there to train her and watch her. Today I visited the shop and I waited a few minutes without someone answering the door, I honked as a courtesy in case they may have been in the restroom just to let them know I was there. Nobody came for another minute, tried to call the number on Google but it didn’t go through. I pulled up a bit and saw the same gal from my previous visit sitting just behind the window out of sight and she got up as soon as she saw that I could see her. She was clearly hiding and hoping that I would leave. I asked if that was what she was doing and she said no and that she was just eating some food but she was very clearly in ear shot of the window and would have heard my honk.
Any ways I order their special which was $2 off an energy drink and also got a pup cup. The drink she gave me was not an energy drink, I think it was a lemonade. No carbonation and didn’t taste like an energy drink so it was very clear that it was something else. I took it back and asked for a refund again.
I really like this place and they do have good drinks but they need to train their staff or replace their staff because these two experiences that happened two months apart have really made me not want to return and I hope others do not have the same experience but management should know of these occurrences with this employee.

I frequent this location. I always get a mocha frappe because I’m not big on the taste of actual coffee. Usually the frappes there that have a lot coffee taste, but I still go there because it’s convenient and I need some form of caffeine. ?. Today, I asked the girl who was working, if she could make my frappe not so coffee tasting. She made the frappe and asked me to taste it. I told her it’s ok I don’t need to, I’m on my work, I’ll drink it anyways and went on my way. I hope she sees this review because I want her to know that this is the best frappe I’ve ever had! Not sure what her name is, but she is super nice and had a beetlejuice shirt on. Please tell her I said thank you!
5/5 me and my family are from out of town and saw this nice little convenient coffee shop. The barista/cashier was very friendly and super helpful and made the drinks in a very timely manner would definitely come back. Also the drinks are delicious. ???
