You'd think for being the very first IHOPplebee's, they'd end up being better. Food was mediocre at best, service was less to be desired and overall, it was just okay. Probably won't be back.

Honestly, it is an identity crisis and I don't know what it is. Is it Applebee's, is it IHOP, I'm confused. The Applebee's menu that I ate from was very good and the price was right on point.

This IHOP is combined with an Applebees. While I enjoy each restaurant separately, IHOP does not have the pancake of the month (my favorite) or crepes at all (my second favorite). Very disappointed with this location as an IHOP. The service and atmosphere are great though after the renovation to add the Applebees. Additionally, the restaurant no longer participates in the IHOP rewards program.

The reason for my 1 star review is because on Sunday morning the person at the entrance denied flat out to write my name on the list arguing they were not taking in more customers. So my husband who was parking the car came in and asked me why and I explained, he came right back in and got us written down. Explain this to me IHOP.

Our server Destiny was upbeat and funny. She made our experience all the better. The place was clearly understaffed but Destineys service made up for it. All the food was cooked well and the garlic mashed potatoes were very good.

Really we just went in to use the restroom in the long drive. But I will say it's really cool to see an 2 in 1 establishment. The staff was respectful to my little ones that needed to use the restroom although we didn't eat there. They were kind and didn't make them feel awkward. I can imagine that the service there would reflect that as well. They are open from 5am to 1 am. That's a good set of hours to be open and accommodating all of the travelers schedules.
It’s tight, but renovated into a modern diner vibe. It’s so packed, so I personally would try to reserve/call ahead(if that’s an option, not sure) but you will be waiting

Very nice atmosphere but very disappointed. Food was cold,my eggs were not medium well returned twice. Received our coffee after sitting 20 min.Got served by 3 different people. So will not be returning . Manager was nice enough to foot the bill but that was not the point. Hope y'all can do better in the future

Went for lunch with my son. He had a cheeseburger with fries and mozzarella sticks. Had to ask 2 waitresses for ranch and by time someone finally brought it his fries were cold. I’m had an omelet. But sadly the veggie omelet is not on the menu. It was very busy and the wait staff are doing their best to keep up. I can’t imagine what it’s like during busier times. All I can say is be kind to your waitress or waiter. They are doing their best.

This IHOP location has been transformed into a combination IHOP and Applebee's. It was really terrible when it was only IHOP. The remodel has made this location into a beautiful, very lively location. Staff is great, food is great.
