Ordered a jumbo jack, fries, and a few other things. The fries so salty. My jumbo jack wasn't supposed to have ketchup and they still put ketchup. I asked for sweet and sour sauce for my egg rolls and two other Sauces that I didn't get. Tried calling the store twice to speak with someone but no one is answering the phone after letting it ring 6 or 7 times. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Horrible horrible don't go they never have anything and their soda machine never works and they never have enough employees takes forever. The last visit i made they finally had the teriyaki after going 3 times and them not having it but then once got home and opened omg the broccoli was rotten not kidding one bit. I wrote to corporate they don't give a crap never heard back from them. This is really sad because in oklahoma we loved Jack in the box they had quality food and food service worst two jack in boxes I have ever been to. Don't go run.

Our experience a Jack in The box on Court Street is not good we went inside to make sure we got hot hamburgers and hot fries we sit there 10 maybe 12 minutes what's 8 or 10 cars go through the line they finally bring us our hamburgers out in bags not in their little trays burgers or ice cold fries were hot the service was just poor I figured I'd give him another try got my order after driving 18 me to my house open the bag wasn't even what I ordered I went back manager made it right three employees sitting in the lobby I guess they were on break I don't know there was no napkins I asked one of them about the napkins and she pointed to the counter said she's not on duty gets up and walks out the door young man sitting at table across from me looks at me like I'm crazy he's on break too so was another lady sitting right behind us I mentioned we needed napkins no one even lifted a finger to help us meanwhile the three people in the back we're busting their tails just trying to keep up with the cars the other three in the lobby playing with their phones once again I put it on the ownermust be paying their employees chump change to be treating their customers like chumps as of today I will never step foot in that Jack in the box again three strikes you're out baby thank you to the manager for making my order right too bad you have to work with some slack people like that blame it on the owners they don't care just living off the Jack name

Stopped in for something quick to eat while traveling through and was extremely disappointed. This is not a well kept location. Inside smelt unpleasant and was very dirty.Had to wipe down a table to sit at. we were given our drink cups for fountain drinks to only find out on our own there was no ice… employee acknowledged oh yeah it’s out. She did gladly get us ice,only for us to discover the fountain soda were all flat… once again employee acknowledged such. It was 41.00 for 2 adults and child meal. I don’t want a flat drink… food was ok and ready quickly.also note some unsettling individuals hanging out in there using outlets it appeared not eating or drinking.
