we had about an hour to spare and decided to get a quick, just before lunch snack. Got the two tacos and an order of curly fries. Food was hot and tasty, restrooms were fairly clean and the condiments were satisfactorily filled(had to search for a straw).

Worst Jack-in-the-Box I have ever been to The tacos I ordered had sliced American cheese instead of shredded And the service didn’t seem all too great and not to mention the cheese wasn’t even melted

I really enjoy jack in the box but over here they ruined the experience. I've tried to give this place many chances . It doesn't. Seem like nobody wants to work here. I even came to the store once to pick up a delivery There was only one person working a new worker and she told me she couldn't cook the food because she doesn't know how. Never A manager on duty. So I recommend if you want jack in the box you should drive to san marco, or even one in San Antonio. I've been to a few of them over there and they are a lot better faster. Happy to be work, Unlike all the workers over here where it seems like you made a mistake for coming over there and making an order.

Being down to our last $10 our kids wanted some tacos. Order 6 tacos 3 with lettuce and 3 without. I told them the tacos were for kids they hate lettuce. They scraped some lettuce off but left a lot and now the kids won't touch it. I understand your job isn't great but please more of an effort or fly a kite.

This location used to be excellent but sadly is really poor now. Employee turnover is high, and too many have a lousy attitude, especially late nights.
Air condition out, all table dirty, few selection of drinks, limited service, buns not fresh, lettuce wilted in the salad. $26.00 for 2 meals. We have been through the drive before and it wasn’t this bad.

2025: HORRIBLE!!! Every item was given to us, but every single thing was stale, and/or microwave reheated! Also, I asked for two plain burgers… one came with cheese, the other loaded AND looked 10 days old and hard as a rock! Took a few bites and ended up trashing them. Highly disappointed and would’ve returned if I lived closer.
(Photo shown was supposed to be a plain Jr Jack with mustard and ketchup only!) I’m POSITIVE they gave me someone’s earlier order and reheated it. Look at the lettuce, 🤮🤢My bun and meat were also hard as a rock.

2019: Great food but sometimes your order comes out wrong. It's a toss up and 50% chance the shake machine will be working properly. But when it is working, the shakes are the best!
