So it’s been longer than 5 years since I’ve been to this location. I was hoping this time it was going to be good since they remodel the place. Placing my order everything seemed ok the cashier was nice she gave good service. While waiting at the drive-through the young lady asked to move around the front of the building which I did. I’m still waiting and she comes back out and asked if I can move up some more and I said ok. Finally waiting for almost 25 minutes she comes out with my food. I asked if everything was in the bag she said ok, trusting the process I went home. Let me just say the food was disappointing and disgusting didn’t get the buttermilk I asked for, my burger patty was dry and hard, It was just not good at all!! So sad to say I won’t be going back! I tried thinking that this time it was going to be good. What a waste of time and money so upset that my dinner was ruined.

Your restaurant needs to be cleaned, all tables were dirty when we came in to ear, no lids fir drinks floor is very sticking. This is twice I've been very disappointed with this business

Waited in drive through for over 20 min. Trapped by a vehicle that was still waiting on their order. I had to call to tell them to make the guy pull forward like every other place just so I can get out of here. He pulls forward and still waiting for 10 min. Never coming here again. I’m so confused- it’s not rush hour. No customers….

Food was really good, took a little while because there was only one cook which I understand. Friday March 14th there was a girl and two boys when I asked for ketchup one of the boys said they had none "we ran out" so I told my grandma I was with she went up there and the cook the girl apologized and said we did have some later the boy came out and gave me an ugly look.

Literally the worst customer service in town. Save yourself the time and frustration and go to the other one if you absolutely have to have in the box. In general, literally go anywhere else.

The management at this location needs to crack down on the staff here. Bunch of slackers with no sense of urgency and always checking their phones instead of working. It should never take 20 minutes to get a burger

Are you kidding, two employees only, no management.... one cook, one windiw girl, clearly new. One order taken cooked and served, then the next order, cooked and served , then the next. Waited in drive thru behind another car 10 min, went inside, second in line another ten minutes, their order never taken. Never acknowledged! Where's management?
They're not here. This place should close if they can't train or provide basic staff to handle customers! Ridiculous! I was in restsurant management for 25 years, Manager here should be fired! Don't have the staff then get your butt up on the counter!!!!!!!!

Walked in first employee said they will be with me in a minute. Next employee said they will be with me in a minute. 5 minutes later, they still haven't waited on me went next door to the donut shop.

Just paid $7.35 for a sourdough Jack that tasted disgusting. I only took 3 tiny bites before I thought I was going to vomit. One side was not toasted, it looked like the butt end of the bread, but both were soggy like it had been sitting around for awhile. I asked for no tomato, so I would imagine a fresh sandwich, but I'm pretty sure they just gave me one that was sitting around, removed the tomato & slapped on a piece of untoasted bread. I planned to take the survey to express my thoughts, but one digit was missing from the code on the receipt so I could not gain access. I was the only customer in the drive through and the parking lot was near empty, not sure why they would choose to take no pride in their food. I know it's not a career, but if you hate your customers this much, find something non food related.
