I would like to give a big shout out to I believe she said her name was Sarah for the amazing customer service she served us with a smile and got us everything we needed he had a big dine in order for my entire family of 13 was even smart enough to use a wide cardboard box to carry all our trays on lol thank you for the amazing service

WARNING!!!! THIS STORE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! Worst Jack in the box in town if you want Jack in the box go to the other one this place is disgusting I had to use the bathroom and couldn’t even sit on the toilet it was so filthy the bathroom also smelled terribly. The sitting area wasn’t clean either and there was a moth flying around. When I ordered my food I asked for curly fries the guy working the counter didn’t inform me they didn’t have any and on my burger I asked for no tomatoes or ketchup they left the tomatoes off but drowned it in ketchup I have a stomach ulcer so I can’t have anything acidic the fries were cold and cooked in old oil even my mom said her hash brown tasted funny I tried a bite of it and it tasted like they cooked it in the same oil with the fries. Hours later I had a terrible stomach ache not just from eating the burger but from the fries

My coworkers and I stopped here for dinner after a hectic day of work on Friday. We came inside and Roman was absolutely busting his ass getting orders out, taking orders, and being super cordial with us and patient while we were being indecisive. My coworker asked for iced coffee and he was honest in telling her they only had a little bit left but he'd do his best to make it for her. There was a slight wait, but with a sincere apology and a smile. Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Roman is a hard worker and we appreciate his customer service! Thank you Roman and the rest of the staff for making it worthwhile!

This is the worst Jack N The Box I've ever been to. The food was bad due to old grease, the trash was overflowing with no customers, the lobby was dirty, they had 4 employees working and they spent the entire time loudly cursing and yelling at each other. Never again

Worst jack in the box ever the girl was rude. The food was nasty seem like it was thrown in the bag. The drink had so much ice i didn't even get a 16 ounce bottle out of it. Curly fry were hard i gave the food away waisted 25 dollars and bought McDonald's which tasted so much better. I dont recommend this place. If I was the manager I would fire the whole crew tonight. Monday 9/15 @ 10pm I suggest yall do something about this is will bash this jack everyday im so upset.. believe me I will be there in the morning to talk to the manager. Shame my wife couldn't get her meal while inside the hospital

So it’s been longer than 5 years since I’ve been to this location. I was hoping this time it was going to be good since they remodel the place. Placing my order everything seemed ok the cashier was nice she gave good service. While waiting at the drive-through the young lady asked to move around the front of the building which I did. I’m still waiting and she comes back out and asked if I can move up some more and I said ok. Finally waiting for almost 25 minutes she comes out with my food. I asked if everything was in the bag she said ok, trusting the process I went home. Let me just say the food was disappointing and disgusting didn’t get the buttermilk I asked for, my burger patty was dry and hard, It was just not good at all!! So sad to say I won’t be going back! I tried thinking that this time it was going to be good. What a waste of time and money so upset that my dinner was ruined.

Your restaurant needs to be cleaned, all tables were dirty when we came in to ear, no lids fir drinks floor is very sticking. This is twice I've been very disappointed with this business

Waited in drive through for over 20 min. Trapped by a vehicle that was still waiting on their order. I had to call to tell them to make the guy pull forward like every other place just so I can get out of here. He pulls forward and still waiting for 10 min. Never coming here again. I’m so confused- it’s not rush hour. No customers….
