Just want to give a shoutout about Kirby’s Corner restaurant in Seguin,TX. We’ve always had delicious, well made meals each time we’re there. My favorite are their salads. They are always so fresh and filled with delicious goodness. Their portions are generous and they are as appetizing to look at as they are to eat. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the atmosphere welcoming. If you’re hungry go to Kirby’s!
First time ever going to Kirby’s, even though I lived in seguin literally half my life. They were busy but the food was amazing and came out correctly.
I had the fish sandwich and OMG it was good. I don’t mind waiting for good food. There is a reason they have been in the same location forever and it shows ?

This little hideaway is a real gem. It may be hard to find but a must visit. The staff was so helpful and the location draws mostly local customers— all the better as it indicated the food and service as right for the community—not a tourist trap.
