Twice no pizza . Last week know this week. So why is it called hot and ready.

i wish i could give 0 stars because this store is absolutely terrible waited over 2 hours to get 2 pizzas and crazy bread and the people working in the store are slow, lazy, and don't care about their jobs or customer service.The store was nasty and dirty and could see a employee touching his hair no gloves and started touching food without washing his hands is absolutely disgusting and this store should be shut down for how awful it is

Closest location near my home. Placed my order at 5:43pm for pick up at 6:15pm. Get there at 6:13pm. My food is not ready yet. I am early. So at this moment, I chalk it up to the fact that I am early. 5 minutes go by. Yet, still no sign of my food. I check the tracker and it doesnt even reflect that it has been placed in the oven yet. 6:23pm rolls around. NOW my pizza is being placed in the oven. 6:30pm rolls around and my pizza still isnt ready. 6:33pm hits and now, my pizza is finally ready.
There is absolutely no reason I should not have been able to walk in, input my code, and leave with my order.
What ever happened to HOT N READY? Is that no longer the motto? Is it now, SHOW UP N WAIT?

I moved from Converse to Seguin, I have to say that the only thing I miss is that they know how to make proper pizza. This store has the worst customer service all the employees are all of a sudden the GM when you ask their names they are then the “Assistant GM” 🙄 The pizza dough is very thin, sometime burnt and it’s like they are running out of cheese as it hardly ever has any when I create my own to have more cheese added I paid for nothing. Do Better!!
