I moved from Converse to Seguin, I have to say that the only thing I miss is that they know how to make proper pizza. This store has the worst customer service all the employees are all of a sudden the GM when you ask their names they are then the “Assistant GM” 🙄
The pizza dough is very thin, sometime burnt and it’s like they are running out of cheese as it hardly ever has any when I create my own to have more cheese added I paid for nothing. Do Better!!

I haven't tried Cesar's Pizza in a very long time however I was pleasantly suprised. The service was stellar, the pizza was perfect and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. I realize some have had issues here but I can say give it a try. I'm really glad we did.

Ordered from this location several times. Last few orders were terrible. Multiple occasions the “hot and ready” pizza wasn’t ready and had to wait for 15+ minutes. Previously we ordered a custom pizza that was made completely wrong (wrong crust, missing toppings, hardly any sauce). Today we ordered wings and cheese bread. The cheese bread was overcooked and completely butchered. It looked like the edges were burnt and someone cut them off instead of just making a new one. Not sure if they rushed this or what, but needless to say we won’t be ordering from here again. Pizza Hut is very close and they can at least make a pizza worth the cost.

Horrible !!! Ordered thin crust received regular crust called the place and they tell me they’re out of thin crust. Don’t waste your money ordering from here !!!

I did not realize that prices change from store to store. I made an online order and when I went to checkout I realized it was for a New Braunfels store.I changed it to the Seguin store and the order went up $10 for same items . Its not much but enough for me to go somewhere else.

They always take forever to make an order. It has never been on time. Today was last straw. Got email saying order was ready so I went in and asked for it (it said they couldn’t put it in portal). The guy went to the back and disappeared and never told me anything. I wait for twenty minutes after the email said it was ready and then asked for my money back and left. Never again.

Go two restaurant and try to order a pretzel crust pizza and a 20 ounce drink. Total was $10 and some change. Gave them a $20 bill and was told we don’t have change. What kind of business doesn’t have change for customers? This is ridiculous, because it’s not the first time they’ve done it either.

Little Caesars is always a go-to on nights we didn't plan dinner very well. We've had hot and ready food, great customer service and we have been happy with this location. The nacho cheese pretzel pizza is where it's at, so please keep it around permanently.
