Terrible costumer service….refused to make a McDouble without cheese
Uber slow. Maybe increase the pay rate to retain as well as recruit talent. Econ 101.
Parking: Get comfort the waiting inside and outside will take time. Th3 best part, can't figure out the Q. Screen is out of commission:-/

Today they were serving fries with some type of fryer residue that looked like sprinkle pepper all over my fries. The young girl stated it was a "new recipe" that's when I had to speak to the manager. It turns out manager said they were having issues with the fryer. Not sure how the health department allows for those fries to be served. We did not eat them. mind blowing. After today, i don't trust them. And I'm not one to complain because I always cook at home for this reason.

Long wait at drive through line. Long wait at “pull up” spot. 28 minutes total. I go down the road and hand the food to my kids. Nuggets and fries are covered in what looks like course pepper. They smell burnt. Cheese won’t melt on burger. It’s cold. The phone number I call goes to voicemail. Joke of a store run by clowns. Ronald’s siblings.

Manager needs to fix her attitude, we were waiting in line for 45 minutes and we were not able to place an order. When wanting to place an order we wanted to do 2 separate orders and were told we can’t. When told to speak to manager she came off very rude and having an attitude but once we were trying to talk and we’re obviously furious due to wait she decided not to serve us and told us to leave.

very slow. app orders seemed to be prioritized over in store to go orders. i waited 27 minutes for 10 nuggets because 'the paper order got stuck in the machine'.

At least if you’re gonna take forever on my order, make sure I have a straw and my sauce very inconvenient. I didn’t even care that they took forever my order but I didn’t have a straw or sauce. Very disappointing.
2 visits with over 30 minutes waits.
In the last 2 weeks, I've been here twice. Both times with small orders.
Order #1 Iced coffee, & a chicken sandwich.
Order #2 Iced coffee, & a large fries.
The 1st order was inside table service. After waiting for 30mins, I went up to the counter and asked if they had lost my order. They said they had it at the counter. They said they called my name, but it was table service. My sandwich was cold, and after sitting back down at my table, they brought food to people sitting at the table next to me, that had not been there as long as I had.
The 2nd order.
It was curbside pickup.
After waiting over 30mins, I went in. The lady working at the counter said she was just about to come out to talk to me. They had run out of caramel for the coffee. So after waiting 30mins in my car it took her 2mins to make my coffee and fries.
The moral of the story is that it seems like people are getting really lazy and unwilling to walk to the areas to deliver the food.
If the employees are so lazy, they can't walk to deliver the food, don't make it an option!

Worst wait time. Sometimes we have to wait as much as 45minutes in the drive through line to receive your order. The owner is too cheap to pay employees.
