Came here yesterday to eat lunch and was pleasantly surprised to find a HUGE playground on the inside!! I had no idea! The food, service and atmosphere were all amazing! đ My 3 year old had the best time! Will definitely be returning!

I ordered a mocha frappe the other day and for that they asked me to pull around the building. I told the I wouldnât be pulling around for a drink that takes about a minute to make. I know, I used to work at McDonlads on 10 & 46. So guess what, it took them 45 seconds to make the frappe and they handed it to me but not before cutting the cup. Thankfully I had another cup with me so I can transfer the drink but this shows how vicious the managers are. Yes, it was the manager!! So to anyone that reads this post, stop pulling around the building, why you ask? Well because then their drive thru time will be so bad that corporate will come out to see why they are taking 5 + minutes to fill an order. Itâs fast food people!!!

Asked for a refund. Canât say anything on the food, waited 30 minutes for a burger and chicken sandwich. I was the only one left in line while others got their food. Not one person to acknowledge when itâs going to be out. Didnât apologize or anything. I shouldâve gone to Whataburger instead.

Today they were serving fries with some type of fryer residue that looked like sprinkle pepper all over my fries. The young girl stated it was a "new recipe" that's when I had to speak to the manager. It turns out manager said they were having issues with the fryer. Not sure how the health department allows for those fries to be served. We did not eat them. mind blowing. After today, i don't trust them. And I'm not one to complain because I always cook at home for this reason.

Long wait at drive through line. Long wait at âpull upâ spot. 28 minutes total. I go down the road and hand the food to my kids. Nuggets and fries are covered in what looks like course pepper. They smell burnt. Cheese wonât melt on burger. Itâs cold. The phone number I call goes to voicemail. Joke of a store run by clowns. Ronaldâs siblings.
Manager needs to fix her attitude, we were waiting in line for 45 minutes and we were not able to place an order. When wanting to place an order we wanted to do 2 separate orders and were told we canât. When told to speak to manager she came off very rude and having an attitude but once we were trying to talk and weâre obviously furious due to wait she decided not to serve us and told us to leave.

At least if youâre gonna take forever on my order, make sure I have a straw and my sauce very inconvenient. I didnât even care that they took forever my order but I didnât have a straw or sauce. Very disappointing.
