Terrible customer service most of the time. Always try and make you pull around to the front, even for small orders. Then you get stuck in a loop because drive thru blocks you in. And you wait 10 minutes and still get old soggy frys and everything barely warm. This McDonalds is a joke. Managers definitely do not care.

The place with the worst customer service to place an order takes 20 minutes to an hour and it happened to me twice but my son insists on coming if you don't want to have a terrible time don't come here

I have eaten here twice. Both times a mistake. Got food poising both times. First time I noticed my bread had mold on it onThe spicy chicken, was very hungry ate anyways. Bad idea. Decided to give them another chance, this time has a long black hair pull out of my mouth from a quarter pounder. To me it seems like a bunch of high school kids are running this joint and coming from a culinary degree someone needs to step in before a child gets sick. I will never eat there again. Food poisoning both times.

Management here is a joke. They allow so much to happen behind the counter and don’t want to take any responsibility. Might be because ones dating one which is the daughter to one. This is also why customer service has gone down hill. If management doesn’t care then why will the employees? I have left my number for management to call me back about my concern but nothing. I’m not surprised. Next step is to get with higher up. You don’t want to work there nor eat there.

Please pull forward in the parking lot of 10 other people waiting for food for over 20 minutes. Ridiculous.
Stopped here on the way to San Antonio. Location is about 2 miles off of I-10 so not too convenient unless you are a local.Staff not friendly at all, didn't know how to deal with customers using the McDonald's app. Very disorganized even though there were not many customers there. Food was fine, service needs some work.

No table service in spite of app asking for table number. Your food will sit at the counter getting cold. Items from our order were also missing and disgusting condiments. No extra napkins available unless you ask for them.

This was the most inefficient way to operate a business I have ever seen. It took 38 minutes for us to get our food in the drive thru. They gave us part of our order at one window and had us pull forward and wait for the rest of it so that the items that were first received were cold by the time they were eaten. I paid $36 for McDonald's and slow service.
Recommended dishes: Cheeseburger, French Fries

Pretty clean & kept up, friendly staff, helpful and food was good. The only thing my coffee didn't seem fresh and it wasn't very warm. It was toward the end of bk-fast though. Clean and large bathroom stalls, I'm claustrophobic so little things are important to me.
