Sat in the drive thru in the right lane for 20minutes while they let every car in the left lane order and pass on completely unacceptable, the person running the drive through on Friday April 4th 2025 at 6:14 pm didn’t operate the drive through in an efficient manner.

First time at this location, if your reading this just avoid it or choose somewhere else to eat. Their menu board is completely broken, their self order machines print out blank recipes so you have to guess which order number is yours, the floors are super sticky, staff looks disgruntled, several of their drink machines are 'broken', if you try to place an order person to person they will just ignore you to try and force an order through the self serve kiosk. I could keep going but you get the point. My order was cold and the MF running the line in the back can count, order a 10 piece nugget and only get 8? Like really? This place is in dire need of new management... I won't be coming back to this location, first impressions leave a lasting impact especially how hard mcdonolds has doubled down on the recent years with shrinkflation... 8 nuggets when I ordered 10...come on! Smh

Cashier didn’t wanna be cashier, she wanted me to use the filthy screen (very dirty) to order my food. I told her soon you will lose your job just like she told me technology is the new thing. Now I’m pissed and will not be going to McDonald any more . This is why we are going to technology because customer service is not a thing anymore

The customer service was great & we got our order quickly. The food was hot & delicious too. I was grateful the cashier had put napkins in the bag because nowadays if you don't ask for them, they don't give you them. I have no complaints.

The food isn’t the problem it’s the management. Placed an order plenty of times and it’s always park at the curbside area or around to the front when ordering at the drive-through. Can’t ever get your food at the window and just leave, you’ll definitely spend about 10min waiting.

didn't have shamrock shake, so i ordered an oreo mcflurry. then got up to the pay window to be informed that they did not have the oreo mcflurrys either and gave me an m&m mcflurry. then told me to pull to the side and forgot about me for 20 minutes. had to go inside to get my food.
